Even tungsten is back in the headlines. That liar GR has always used it to cover up his failures and paint a rosy picture of PREM’s future. Had he closed his waste-to-waste plant years ago and built a tungsten plant instead, PREM wouldn’t be in this predicament today. Now construction on the lithium project continues and the dilution is becoming boundless day-to-day until next Groundhog Day.

"Stupid people” are those who failed to take this dilution of the share value into account. Just imagine: a production plant is at a standstill whilst attempts are being made to ramp up production with a new plant. This kludgy solution devised by George Roach has massively diluted the share price. These losses must be taken into account when calculating a potential payback period. That will take decades. CANMAX will be lucky if they get their money back at all.

Soon it will be impossible to estimate how many zeros the PREM share represents behind the koma. This will also determine how long it takes for the share price to reach an acceptable level. The next question is whether, after such a long time, there is still any significant demand for lithium. Perhaps it is just enough to cover CANMAX's debts. Shareholder value can safely be disregarded.

And then comes the "magical" 17th of April, which will probably be another one of those legendary days we all know, i.e. a date that is announced with great expectations and then reliably turns into another day of cultivated disillusionment. Until then, unfortunately, everything else seems more like an impressive sounding fog machine: lots of show, lots of announcements, but surprisingly little substance so far.

PREM's commercial orientation has been seriously neglected over a long period of time. Even the sale of low-quality material would have been necessary to give the company at least the appearance of economic activity and potential profitability.

Within the lithium industry, PREM is now regarded as a company that primarily secures its continued existence through repeated capital placements rather than generating sustainable revenues through operational activities.

Persistent management errors were regularly covered up by new financing measures, which increasingly undermined PREM's attractiveness to investors.

This development is largely attributable to the actions of GR. At the same time, GH has so far made no discernible efforts to correct this situation or initiate a strategic realignment. This passivity is fatal and must be ended urgently.

PREM has no revenue, no recognised product to sell, and no joint venture or financial partner, but wants to purchase products for its expansion. Nevertheless, it has committed to these payments. All I can say is: PREM is simply magical!

The only thing PREM can do is set up a new placement. This will lead to hyper-dilution that will go down in the history of the lithium mining industry. People who believed in PREM and invested years ago have already lost their money.

What is happening now with Acker and others is nothing more than pump and dump. A potentially serious idea has turned into a lottery. The main players are two dreamers.

Do not be misled. The long break until summer 2026 will only be used to drive up the share price. As soon as PREM emerges from this new phase of deception, further placements will bring the share price back down to earth. From now until summer, only speculators who drive up the price will make money here. PREM will contribute nothing to this, as they have not even sold a single gram of spondumene. How much money does PREM currently have at its disposal, and how much will it have in the future?
