That is indeed a good sign. This strategy should be set out publicly in order to regain confidence in PREM. This only makes sense if it is established that no further placement rounds will follow.

Furthermore, a technical strategy must be set out in parallel to reach the so-called 4000 t SC6, in order to substantiate with facts that further delays will be avoided. All of this must be scheduled.

PREM’s profits currently relate solely to speculation on the share price. Anyone talking about profits must also define the end product and outline the proceeds from sales.

All dreams of 4,000 tonnes of SC6 are currently completely unfounded. After years of laboratory work on a spodumene production, only facts count.

There is no roadmap with reliable deadlines. GH is certainly an outstanding expert, but he is struggling just like GR; PREM is a one-man show.

The only thing that is certain is that PREM will impose further burdens on shareholders; nothing more.

One thing is clear: any improvement to the SP is a good thing. But it is also clear that PREM rests on the shoulders of many investors who have been defrauded. For they will never get their invested money back. Now, PREM is nothing more than speculation, and anyone who speaks well of it is part of that speculation. Yes, there is no need to dwell on the criminal activities of the past. But anyone speculating here should be aware that PREM will no longer have any bearing on shareholder value, as this will be virtually impossible to achieve due to placements.

These announcements are probably very familiar to PREM investors and, with GH, should be a thing of the past. I think a forward-looking roadmap for 2026/27 is essential.

In short: I’m absolutely ready or at least I’m putting on a very convincing show. PREM will finally focus on shareholder value, and share placements are a thing of the past.
