Hiya LL yes eagerly await some good news , if Wilsons post courtesy of gaz is indicitive of private sales and we know we are supplying many companies then our cash pile is accumalating . Cash is king. Appreciate new hires and R and D but that is a substantial amt of money from just one company.

My son was bored this a.m and kept messaging me , he was stood in a very long queue on Clapham common to get a pcr test , after several hours he gave up as he had work commitments. His comment to me was "If I didn't have it before , I prob have now" Apparently it was heaving , he saw a similar set up in Wandsworth and was told by a mate same thing in Kilburn and Hackney. So it isn't just up North there is a lot of PCR testing sites again all over the place , this time though there will be accompanying variant testing and then full sequencing. Unable to report what test as he legged it .

Brentw1 , that is exactly how I feel but at the same time fully comprehend those who wobble as it is extremely frustrating to have held from 12 down to this level knowing that if you had sold and bought back in , you could have treble the amount of shares or the same amount and a substantial profit. Without doubt when this reaches a certain price I shall be selling a chunk and leaving a core holding. I shall not make the same mistake again. I am very frustrated by this but do strongly believe that we shall see the highs again in the not to distant future. K

Soder exactly , they bought , it was demonstrated to them and the DHSC , think GM is correct saying strong case . Lets see , just bring it on so we can get resolution and move on up.

Totally agree CT , thought def over 25 but agree between two figures and Hilseekers instead of as opposed to Gm's as well as.

Soder , what they ordered in first quarter was Promate , not validated until Feb so although they ordered is it correct to say continued ordering ? Could they have used Promate prevalidation?

Almo , not clear at all if this will end up in court . Currently a dispute , if it goes to court then who is taking who to court? If it is Novayct puesuing owing monies tyen it us up to them if they rake it to court. Premature to discuss costs , Novacyt have an inhouse lawyer so costs getting to court are minimal , good silk for a week not exorbitant. Full costs not awarded often , normally impacted by numerous factors , how parties conducted themselves in disoute resolution , were sensible offers rejected etc. So the speculation continues a field day / week/ month for non holders. But news will drop and catch people out imo.

Well I for one am pleased that no details of the dispute are being made public. Whilst it allows for wild speculation and it is adversely impacting the shareprice short term, it is the most prudent course of action.
Whilst the DHSC is still a customer, as we can see from inclusion in the framework agreements it would be foohardy to say anything that could be construed as detrimental. Why would Gm make public what the issue is and what exactly he is doing about it , it is akin to showing your hand in poker. Not going to bother listing all the positives about Novacyt, we all know them and I remain confident GM will attain his goal of midcap .
Await resolution of dispute and roadmap.

I doubt many shareholders would vote to approve a T/O at a silly price.

Hello Vanv , guess its called being over excitable at times when the pack mentality takes over if an RNs is delivered not smelling of roses. Seem to recall a lot of holders name calling. Without doubt a contributory

I would assume opportunities would be limited Wilson for obvious reasons , however he undoubtedly will be in possession of knowledge as to exactly what the intentions of senior govt officials were at the start of the pandemic ( as he was one ) and highly probably documentation. He can also highly probably milk that for the next however many years. A highly distasteful individual but that does not mean he cannot be a source of very accurate information when any enquiry re the handling of the pandemic starts. He could well be Boris's Achilles , which is why Boris was reticent to dismiss him. Imo.
