Saint , I don't think they will be happy at all , before the dispute they were the darlings of aim, every covid share held them up as a beacon of what they could become. The jury ( shareholders, some) appear to have decided he is guilty of many things and perhaps more to come. If as GM claims they have a strong case ,then he is guilty of nothing bar delivering under a signed contract. One of the things I look at before investing is every piece of info I can find out about the board , focusing in on the CEO. Nothing has changed my opinion about his integrity. Without doubt the decision has been taken to release no price sensitive information that potentially could impact the outcome of this dispute. I await clarity from the end of year figures and am mindful of how quickly this sp moves. I have absolutely no doubt if GM rns'd tomorrow dispute resolved , we have agreed to receive 23mm less for quarter 4 or will supply free of charge blah kits , then the sp would double within a week and then the RNS's would move the sp further. I believe innocent until proven guilty. IMO
I only mention Ncyt potentially conceding as negotiation is essential in dispute resolution and not an admission of being at fault in any way. My opinion only.
