RE: Helium storage27 Aug 2025 19:05
Hi Harchris, I've mailed investor relations with some questions re offtake agreements. I'll post anything of interest.
In the interim , I'm struggling to understand Gex's
supposed EOI.
I'm aware no permit or spade in ground yet.
'The proposed offtake agreement would include the sale of helium, hydrogen and natural gas in the form of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), with the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Westmarket Oil & Gas selling raw gas at the wellhead to an off-taker. The offtaker would be responsible for capital outlay for downstream processing facilities, including the separation units, PSA systems for helium/hydrogen separation and cryogen'
If they are selling raw gas at the wellhead ( if , when ) to an offtaker , who then fronts all the processing costs , the woffle about LNG is nothing to do with them ??? Am I misunderstanding something. Surely the only pertinent point is that they claim to have someone interested in raw gas.
Could somebody explain this to me please.
