I have zero issue with the comms and I daresay so close to production, that Bo Sears focus is elsewhere. The photos are fine imo.

Great to minimise costs, I've no doubt as cash starts rolling in that we see some new hires and a marketing campaign , Mr Feneck already alluded to this.

This is what the company has told us and we are fully funded to execute.

" Two new production wells to be drilled, potentially allowing pre-tax cashflow of $20 million per year in the first six months of production"

Well 4 drilled , ongoing work, await rig return.

Cashed up to drill well 5 , await news of when & where. The fact that I've not seen an application for a drill permit may indicate they are going to reenter a previously drilled well ( perhaps AS involved ) or they haven't yet decided North V South. Happy to hear others thoughts.

Just look at the end game and the potential keeps growing , akin to my position.

When I go quiet I'm accumulating.

The only fact worth consideration is that Bo will want to generate as much cash as possible, as soon as possible. So many moving parts , he could run at 60 % capacity and have offtake agreements at 700 , we just do not know.

GDR shareholders just been totally shafted, TR1 's issued today showing new big shareholder , but issued 4 months late. Sp shot up and let them out. Then after hours one of the worst RNS's I've ever seen. Poor even by aim standards ,mass dilution , openly state begging bowl will be out again In March and don't now expect breakeven until EOY 2027.

Posting this here , as it was under the 'watchful eye ' of their non exec chairman .. Gilham , who joined NCYT board in OCT 2024 , another useful mouth to feed , for ZERO return.

A scam that has been in the planning for many months. The TR1 issued today states the threshold was passed on May 16th , accumulated when ? Aim regs require timely RNS's to declare any UK holding over 3%. Only 4 months late by a holder who without doubt is very familiar with the rules. No doubt a forced issue or else participation in the placing and issuance of further TRI's would not reconcile. I have no doubt this was planned and the new shareholders were inboarded to push ( voting ) the proposal through.

Totally disgraceful and agree 100 % Gino out of his depth. I sold after unanswered emails , not even a courtesy reply. Great products , I've no doubt this will proceed, as no alternative.

However the shareholders then need to collectively vote the board out and replace with a component CEO. The current Ceo should actually resign if he had a sound moral compass as his tenure has been disastrous.

I don't know sufficient to comment on exactly how quickly the four existing commercial wells will be firing on all cylinders. I leave that to Bo and am confident he will accelerate the ramp up as fast as he can. The aim has always been to grow organically asap and I have not heard anything to inform me otherwise. I await an RNS on how production is progressing , or offtake agreements , or next well , or Ingomar plans , or resource update. Multiple drivers that will propel us past the previous highs. I am very relaxed, as I believe, that I won't be waiting long.

I don't think we will have 4 wells for long . I anticipate at least double the numbers you quote for full year Sept 2025 to Sept 2026.

I think even that is erring on the conservative side.

It doesn't consider potential MA , resource upgrades, Hydrogen or oil. Personally think × 3 current shareprice is achievable within a year , with many spikes & much volatility enroute.

That's if we don't get taken out after resource upgrade. Imo.

MR English crossed the 3 % threshold In May , therefore the first 3.12 % were purchased at approximately ×3 current shareprice. I find it strange that a savvy investor would attempt to catch a falling knife and average down .

I think those suggesting a seat on the board are in the right ball park and I anticipate the issuance of further TRI' s fairly imminently.

I think the recent TR1's shed some doubt on a placing , unless it is one that will be offered only to certain holders at an agreed price. If that is the case, then they would want some assurances about timelines ... the tightrope of what can & cannot be disclosed , without informing the market. There are also numerous govt backed funding schemes [ such as Harl were pursuing, but change of govt & supposed shenanigans of Bod resulted in the handover ro Navantia.. perhaps planned ) They are guaranteed and therefore banks more willing to make commercial loans.

I agree , but he didn't need to move it onsite until he wanted to.

Currently I'm more focused on offtake agreements. At this stage, so close to close to production, one of the conversations prior to taking a position by JF must have included offtakes. Not necessarily names, but the surefire knowledge that he was investing in a company that was imminently going to be generating cash.

Furthermore Bo must have provided some level of detail as to how that cash was going to be utilised , both short and medium term.

Yeah , he says in that interview he's been buying, it won't be peanuts and therefore he must have been buying here and not the OTC.

Would explain the rise here and why Bo was quiet whilst accumulation occurring.
