It confirms to me what I thought I knew, but I still could be wrong. There is a clear distinction between the gathering system being 100 % complete ( as we were informed a short time ago) and the PSA plant.

I have chased investor relations about the compressors and they have not responded.

A few months ago, we were told they were the last remaining components. Today's tweet indicates that piece of the jigsaw is incoming imminently.

I've learnt that it's not only what an RNS states , but also what it omits.

I now expect things to move at a rapid pace & communications to revert back to what we were all accustomed to.

What else could the final components be ?

I don't expect to hear anything about offtake agreements until that happens. There is no elephant , nothing sinister .

It was via this company that Bo was able to avail of D. Wickes assistance ( Arpa E ) now left. Recall the mail, I don't know what we would have done without you and look forward to working together again soon .. or something similar.

17th company down. The letter Bo wrote is interesting to say the least. I'd previously searched for Hereford Resources & Hex to no avail.

Had a dig and believe Hex owns all leases and not quite sure where this co fits in the overall pic, but no time to research as big contract to sort this month. Perhaps just to collaborate , gain insight on latest methodologies , source jv partners blah blah.

Now very interested to know outcome of Bo and D.Wickes collaboration in Montana.

Deeper to update reserves , switch to shallower and maximise cashflow, then pursue the deeper wells. Let's see 👀 but as no permit to drill next well lodged, I think the likelihood of re-entering one of these 6/7 wells is high.

I have no idea why Tiburns post was removed.

Tiburn I too have been closely monitoring Brainstorm Energy. I had 7 wells in Hill County ( Kelly Bush elevation, same as Inez) on my watch list. You say 6, is that because one was producing ( oil ) ?

Interesting to note that Brainstorm stopped trading in May 2025 , now showing as permanently closed.

I too think the 6/7 wells could well be our next targets & the speed at which Hex could reach 10 /11 wells adds weight to the investment case.

I've no doubt that this could be achieved without the need for additional funding.

Putting the Dhsc aside , he coukd have negotiated the German supply , the 288 ,000 initial covid tests , the WHO contract , perhaps arranged the link up with Katalyst , or Cambridge labs or Yourgenes lab... who knows & at this stage, from a shareholder perspective who cares. How they have fallen . Constant erosion of capital and no strategy , hardly appealing as an investment.

@hamsters18 , I agree , 1 quid would be shortchanging us by a golden mile..... if what we believe will happen transpires.

That is my understanding also and I too have never read anything to make me consider what 8s being suggested.

I haven't received anything via HL either.

Something I learnt last year.

As a shareholder of X Y Z, I have always been asked, to vote on numerous things.

Then... a share I was invested in, was facing admin , we as shareholders knew it would happen and then the administrators with govt support would hand to the Spanish. A trio of shareholders that held collectively over 15% attempted to call an EGM to gain a seat on the board. These shareholders were well known to the Bod and had regular conversations with them. However the firm employed to decide on the best way forward ( track history of everything they touched going into admim) would not recognise any of the shareholders as being entitled to vote.

Even with the remaining Bod member fully supporting their endeavours.

This is because they bought via HL and they were not the Crest registered shareholders at companies house.

It would take weeks to register and they were outpaced and the company was put into admin.

I am not saying for one sec that HL investors won't be voting , but just pointing out something that many shareholders might not be aware of.
