The trade at 15.29 reported late was a buy, happy to ignore 'mind the gap' accumulating still as this hasn't stretched its legs yet imo.

It may drop back as some are impatient, I'm not.

I'd pay zero attention to the sp decline and focus on where the much delayed licence is , without it they are dead . The company needs to come clean on the exact state of play, detailing exactly what the delay is and what is required now.

If I was a shareholder, that right now would be my sole interest. Not the incessant mudslinging.

Without the licence they have zero chance of getting a raise away and even giving the benefit of doubt re funds to drill , there is certainly no contingency & they need to raise.

The fact no updates re permit are forthcoming is a massive red flag and every holder must surely be aware.

It's always a rat , no rise holds , the French pump it and then sell. Until they announce anything meaningful it will remain the same imo.

Entirely plausible explanation.

On the 1st Aug I raised why was the workover rig not available, as I assumed that AdamS was providing from Treasure State drilling. Now approaching mid August , still no news of its whereabouts.

Personally, I think that if the company posts pics of pipes arriving onsite , that they'd definitely inform us if the WO rig was in situ. As ever could be wrong .

Await news of compressor arrival , unless I've missed it.

I have been checking the Helena Independent and Le Havre for public notices re 5th well and nothing thus far. Some interesting auctions of acerage announced for Nov , Hex maybe interested.

I was meaning Gdr's tests not Yourgenes.

I think the tests are fantastic , gaining traction is a major issue and hence my comments about near time profitability.

Rns yesterday (GDR) basically declaring no money & looking at financial options. Very high monthly run rate.

Not adding 2 + 2 and arriving at 4 , but be aware.

NCYT shareholders don't need another acquisition without DD that clearly demonstrates near time profitably and minimal expense/ time focusing on another merger.

This is merely a have on your radar and I have zero clue if anything is going on behind closed doors.

Yes BA aware and it's a definite maybe . I even suggested it several times on the NCYT board in the past, when looking at GDR's continued dilution and extraordinarily high monthly outgoings. Perhaps a cash injection for royalties on sales ?

Spantrout , what do you think the Bods next move will be. I can see them recommending a low ball offer and ensuring job security for themselves.

Ygen CEO steered the ship into the rocks and the choice was admin or accept Novacyts offer , which strangely matched the price of the Ceos .purchases. I think it's a definite maybe.

I just do not understand why they didn't raise when the sp was substantially higher, as I have posted several times. They know their monthly run rate and they know their sales numbers .

Surely they have an option on the table, if not this is gross incompetence on steroids.
