RE: Late posted trades?3 Aug 2025 18:57
I don't want sympathy Lord I just don't want him tagging my posts and making comments under his multiple monikers. My comment was simple, I don't believe that a workover rig was not available , perhaps it's as simple as completing some civil works or perhaps he's timing the announcement of the news flow for other reasons. If the rig had been in situ for the last few weeks, there would be an expectation of news sooner. DM's departure could be connected, but that Is wandering into conspiracy theory territory. It is however worth noting the following ..
As it stands , at date of departure DM can exercise or may already have done so , one third of his share options. They vested at 20 days over 20p . The remainder were 1.5mm vesting at 30p and the last tranche 1..5mm vesting at 40p ( both after price holding for 20 days). If Inex and updated resources were known , it could be argued that the SP would be sitting substantially higher. He loses the potential of exercising 3 million shares leaving now. Also , it was written into his contract that he & the company had to give 12 months notice to terminate. So it has been known for a considerable length of time , perhaps not a year , as everything is open to negotiation. People can draw their own conclusions.
There is no negative connotation implied.
It is 'others' who have made a mountain out of a molehill. I remain extremely positive and am looking forward to updated numbers and the commercialisation of Helix EX in record time.
I'm also pleased that there are considerably fewer share options that can be sold into a rising sp.
