I am asking for clarification that this is contained in the contract that the DHSC dispute is about. I will be able to ascertain If that is the case , however that will entail reading it manually again. I am fairly certain I have read this before. The point being we did offer replacement goods , we earmarked a sum of money to do exactly that and then provided alternative tests PROmate , which was their absolute right to request as detailed in the same contract - that I recall clearly.

I was merely requesting somebody who has a PC to do a wordsearch as it would be much faster.

What baffles me is the lemming mentality , they don't buy when sitting at 9.60 ish a month ago and pile in now when a risk of losing money. The date was always Sept, yes now earlier them expected. Beyond my comprehension , unless just riding the rise today and tomoz, they could have made considerably more.

Whilst looking for something else on an old contract we had with Borneo ( orangutans) I came across an old post from Neilrich3. Although I have a copy of the contract, I don't have a PC here and use my phone.

Can somebody tell me if this is correct and the contract states this please ? Word search.

This following sentence within the contract appears key, there's only an obligation to refund should NCYT be unable to replace the goods: Supplier’s maximum liability with any Authority claim under this warranty shall be to replace the faulty Goods

free of charge or refund to the Authority the full costs for such faulty Goods paid by the Authority to the Supplier if replacement is not possible.

I've just been thru CTDA approved LFTs and I don't see an oral one for Surescreen , where do you see it Gizmo ?.

I'll have to recheck the CTDA approvals Giz , wasn't aware.
