There are almost no shares to trade ……….. you need shares to make a market, what’s the point in being listed? Yeah I’ve not been in here either, 2shares on iii tipped me to have a look 2 or 3 years back, just wasn’t for me. But there does seem to be some light at the end of the tunnel for the long termers, especially the guys on iii as I pop on their site to read their posts, they’ve been hurting but I think they’ll be celebrating tonight ………….. Of course the two II’s mentioned have committed to not selling any of their new shares for a 12 month period ………….. so they won’t be coming on the open market anytime soon

I’ve no idea whether the SP will drop to a penny after the placing goes ahead, logic would say that with all those new 1p shares you’ve got to be at least expecting a significant fall, but who knows? Logic just like Mr Market is a strange beast. Of the 265m Firm Placing shares 214m will be held by the two II’s mentioned and depending on the take up from shareholders of the 65m open offer both II’s mentioned have committed to taking a maximum of 34.3m of the open offer shares (if they remain unsubscribed), which means between them they will hold either just over 50% or just shy of 60% of CWR. As for the tech I don’t pretend to understand all the small detail as some of the geniuses on various BB’s, but the new business model is as sound as they come and much better than trying to fund a project to get into a new market from scratch (as was the CHP business model) …………… much better to sell the tech to as many who want it and let them enter the market with a finished product.

Scrap that……….. They are putting money in at 4p (6c), so it would be rude not to buy now……… Just keep drip feeding money in if it keeps going down, wait for a 75%/100% gain……….then take initial stake off the table with a bit of profit, letting the rest ride the gold bubble………………

They already informed the market what some of the drawdown was for in the relevant RNS………….today’s news is great but no surprise.

They have increased their holding. A quick look at the Holdings RNS on Dec the 20th shows they increased their holding from just over 12m to well over 14m giving the T1ps fund a 4.1% holding in NGL
