I saw this mentioned on the MIRA BB so I thought I’d have a look …….. they do seem to be turning it around ………. However they aren’t really growing hence they saved cash because no one hit their targets for bonuses ………..“Accordingly some of the administrative expense cost saving, compared to last year, has arisen because bonus incentives, related to the growth targets we set, have not been earned.” They are also less than upbeat on the outlook ………… “The UK economy is expected to continue to perform weakly in our next financial year to 31 January 2014. As the majority of our business comes from UK customers, we are anticipating this will be another demanding year. Our first quarter performance has been consistent with our expectations. Over the full financial year we intend to continue to build on the stable base we have created during last three financial years.” Worth remembering that the A shares have first dibs on anything INVU including dividends ………. (Info in the relevant RNS) ………. So you need to add the 305m A shares when applying any kind of value here (473m in total), after all INVU do, hence the EPS of .06p ………. If they only used 168m shares the EPS would have been a much better 0.1p as opposed to the actual .06p ………. So when dividing cash in the bank per share you need to use all the shares not just the 168m ordinary shares. Cash grew by £150k to £791k ……….. And obviously that is a positive.

No I’m not in now ………… but I clocked all the posts popping up for CAP so I thought I’d have a look at what was going on

It might not be them it could be a fund …….. but today’s action has the same feel as Feb when the fund was selling and like then it looks like they have put the feelers out through the broker to see if anyone is interested in taking big chunks at an agreed price ……….. that’s what it looks like from the outside.

It could well be the Newlands who are selling they sold a few at the beginning of the month which dropped them under the 3% limit which means they don’t have to inform the market anymore, they have about 5m or so left If you remember they picked up cheap shares from the fund that sold out in Feb.

When taking into account they expect the full year profit to more than half compared to last year and by doing a very quick comparison from last year’s H/Y to the F/Y report it looks like this year’s full year’s profit is going to be around £1.2m which going on a P/E of 15 (which seems to be the norm here) would make fair price of around the £1.20p area. They do however have £4.6m in cash which easily covers the dividend that has also been increased. ZYT obviously have a great product, but unless they update with news of new contracts I think the SP will probably drift lower from here. It’s certainly an interesting share to be watching now ……….. riddler have you got a view on the SP from a technical point of view?

Not in here anymore and no funds to get back in and I certainly wouldn’t buy based on the info of someone on a BB!! ……….. So no I won’t be phoning I was only making an observation and an idea of how to gauge if there is any credibility to what has been posted …………. I will slap myself with a wet fish if news on Thales arrives anytime this year!! A trout probably! The Crawley Thales info is widely available on the web thingy

It doesn’t ring true, the site at Crawley was torn down and rebuilt especially to Thales specifications a few years ago, that info is freely available on Google ………… did they really get the windows wrong?! Did one really fall out?! I suppose the only way to get a better understanding is to actually phone PPR making them aware of all the details available on ADVFN and gauge what they say, to try and get a better understanding.

Well that’s positive news all around, I’m especially pleased to hear specifics regarding the APFCT agreement and as we know they have the backing of the Taiwanese Government, which always helps.

Good for you guys still in Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were duly passed. Yep £4.2m of sales so far this year, on a 30% margin should make them profitable Another decent sized order and this should move ………….. As for another MOS, take a look at MIRA, it’s actually targeting the same region (Latin America) with its digital tv software ………. I think it’s like MOS when MOS was at 9p!! ………. I could be wrong though!!
