Just bought a few PSL, I know you weren’t keen because of the website and so on, but results out Monday, so it’s at least worth watching.

When he says dramatically increasing revenues in the video he’s talking about the future revenues, don’t forget that when he’s talking about negotiations that are on-going and expected to be announced in the fiscal year, he’s talking about this year which ends March 2014 ……….. having said that the March 2013 revenue will be higher than 2012 it was mentioned in a previous RNS and they will be operating profit and EBITDA positive for the first time. The more new contracts they can close either for their IRIS product or through Ericsson selling the NAVI product to add to the four contracts they have already is when we should see the revenue increase dramatically, which should be this year, hence I’ve always been looking forward to the H/Y due in Nov along with any forward guidance in last year’s results which are due this month.

There is no speculation about last year’s results ……….. we already know that operating profit has gone from a loss of £2.3m before Tax to a profit (we don’t know the number yet) ………… there’s no speculation in that impressive 12 month turnaround. If the guidance for this year is on a par with last year’s guidance, then this year’s figures should be spectacular when compared to the M/C (that’s why I’m here) and a nice MOS type move from the lows would be nice.

Yeah, that’s a good analogy of what these BB’s are like ………….. I think if admin police the rule with common sense then a few posts pointing out SP movements are ok ………… it’s when everyone seems to be doing it that I find annoying, as it’s impossible to keep up with a decent debate that might be going on. But from a traders point of view I can see the advantage ………. Maybe lse should run a posts column down the right hand side for the traders, then everyone wins, lol

C ………. Cheers for the response regarding HYR, I thought I’d ask as it’s been on my watch list for ages after you mentioned it, presumably when you were still in. I thought and still do think that the latest news is a sound move, but research goes on, lol I see HH is buying and selling all by himself, lol ………… when you buy a share HH you are relentless!

I’m not saying AIM is a joke, I’m saying the fact that the BoD chose to have a placing in a closed period which meant they couldn’t take part is their problem The joke is they have now decided to buy shares by issuing new shares at the placing price (a 20% discount to anyone else who bought yesterday on the open market) Some might say, well in doing that they have raised an extra £103,291 to add to the coffers ………. I say, they could have raised that £103k by issuing shares at yesterday’s market price, why should they get a discount?!!!! The other thing is it was only £103k that they raised, they would have been better advised to buy on the open market to show the same commitment as regular shareholders

That’s the kind of news that does nothing to enhance the name of the AIM in general They might have been in a closed period when the initial placing was announced, but since then the SP has moved on, to give themselves a belated discount is something everyone would like! ........... It’s a leap of faith with @uk (especially at these prices) ………… do you believe what the company is projecting or do you take the fact that at the moment it’s a company with a M/C of £30m with no real revenue or profit to back it up.

I think you’ll do well in the long term (even better than you have done to date) over at SEE, the announcement today should give the market a better idea of what it’s missing with the Caterpillar deal! ………. And as the CEO says the market potential for other more personal technologies is huge! Back to MIRA, I like a good comparison, lol …………. Take a look at DDD for a good example of why I think MIRA is way under-priced ………… go back to 2010 and 2011 results to see what they were compared to M/C ………. MIRA’s future, hopefully! ……….. that’s the kind of thing MIRA’s CEO was saying in the video interview about how under-priced MIRA is compared to where it is now! Comparisons aside I think DDD might well be another one for the research and watch list file now it’s getting cheaper! ………… CNS and PSL getting cheaper, still watching!

The Jan 2013 contract is related to the Jan 2011 contract in that it is the second contract for remote recording functions for the same operator (Movistar) in Latin America http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/54575/miradas-change-of-strategy-should-ensure-it-profits-from-pay-tv-revolution-54575.html I agree that they need to win new contracts and they did say in April that they were in advanced negotiations with several other operators which should be completed this year ………. “and is also in advanced negotiation processes with various other operators, to be concluded within the year” ……….. but as usual it’s a waiting game http://www.mirada.tv/wp-content/uploads/newsletter/April_2013/index.html They have four contracts that are based on the product and subscriber fees model, obviously the more they can secure the better ………… when the GVT contract was won it was estimated to contribute about €600k over the year that finished March 2012, based on MIRA’s figures in the 2012 results the subscriber fees to June this year are worth about €1.6m alone, that’s on top of the initial product and maintenance fees and they have also introduced new services for GVT that they get paid extra for (all info is factual and can be found in the relevant RNS’s, lol)

We already know the revenue is up ……….. EBITDA will be positive and there will be an operating profit, both will be positive for the first time for a full year’s results ……….. operating profit was minus £2.3m in 2012, so if the market doesn’t think that a positive operating profit isn’t a good enough turn around, I’ll give up! It’s the digital tv revenue that I’m interested in and the 2012 results showed that figure to be £3.35m, we should be looking for growth of that number to be 30% or more As usual the results due will show past performance, they will be almost 6 months out of date and I’ve always been here for this year’s results which end March 2014 so it’s the future guidance that I’m looking for.
