It was always on the cards and they make it quite clear in the results that they were looking at funding, it’s all there so shouldn’t be a surprise and the GM in June was arranged to pass the necessary so as to be able to issue shares The surprising bit for me is they have managed to raise the funds from one ii who have taking all the placing shares and upped their holding to 28.1% They won’t be selling so if the market for whatever strange reason decides to sell, then it’s top up time!

The Neustar partnership prompted me to finally email Corero (after riddlers phone call briefing I put the email on the back burner) ………… I sent it through enquiries this morning and they obviously past it on and Andrew Miller kindly replied, it’s always pleasing when the response is fairly prompt. The partnership is a two way thing, Neustar will be selling/recommending Corero’s on-site solution along with Neustar’s cloud based solution thereby covering all bases …………. Corero will do the same, as well as offer their on-site solution to their customers they can now also offer the Neustar cloud solution as a whole package ……….. it basically strengthens both companies offering When the Corero next generation product is launched (he reiterated to it still being later this year) it will be sold into cloud providers such as Neustar and other cloud hosting companies and Corero see this being a Major Opportunity for 2014 and beyond. Basically they have found a way of offering the whole package before the new product comes on-line and have already got one partner (Neustar) who would offer it through their service. “Record” satellite launch for Latin America They can’t get them up quick enough ………… expect to see MIRA’s subscriber fee revenue continually climb over the next few years because of the Global sporting events in Brazil starting with next year’s World Cup ………. I’ve got no idea on the TA side of things, so can’t help mate, riddler probably has a good idea though Projections courtesy of CNS, so something to work on ………… we know from the H/Y that F/Y revenue for the First Line of Defence business should be about the same as the F/Y 2012 which was about $11.4m Due to the next generation of the FLoD product coming to the market CNS are forecasting a “step change” in revenue for the year ending 2014, their forecast is for 43.3% revenue growth in the year 2013 to 2014 which would have revenue around the $16.3m mark …………… they forecast a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 25.5% from 2013 to 2017 which would equate to revenue of around $28m Looking out a bit further they forecast Compound Annual Growth Rate of 14.3% for a 10 year period from the end of 2013, which would equate to a turnover growing to around $45m in 10 years’ time They are decent figures even if they are only forecasted, but it gives an idea of what they expect going forward
