They keep tempting the sellers 13.75p for 75k now

Maybe something’s afoot ………. I can’t buy any more than 5k shares online (not that I want anymore, just thought I’d do a dummy) I can’t remember the last time my broker wouldn’t trade online And I can sell from 10k to 100k shares at 12.5p at the click of a mouse!!!!

Don’t know about 686 codes but I have a feeling that the guy on ADVFN is as nutty as a bag full of nutty things …………. Either that or he is French and works for the French company he claims the deal is with Don’t forget to take a better look at Mirada (MIRA) guys and girls before it does what MOS did from 9p ………… or maybe it’s me that’s nutty!!!

I’ve got to admit the guy on ADVFN is persistent with his Thales rumour and now I understand what he’s on about there is always the possibility that maybe he is on to something ……… he also seems to have a sidekick now who knows how to use Google It sure is an intriguing rumour!! …………. Who needs facts when the rumour is much more fun, lol

Yeah, just ignore the rumours and stick to the facts ……….. M/C £1.5m ish £40m sales pipeline ……………. £4.2m in confirmed orders since Sept 30% margin …………. Admin costs fairly stable What’s not to like? Possibility of a placing although PPR have financial backing from their Chairman ………… which still has me leaning against the no placing fence.

The guy on ADVFN is certainly persistent, noticeable that the SP hasn’t moved today on his posts, which probably means that Friday’s rise had nothing to do with him either …………. Not that I believed it did, but some do!!!

Any contract of size added to the £4.2m already announced ………… and yep I think it will rerate!! lol

I’ve just had a 5 min look at the ADVFN site ………… The poster on ADVFN who is saying that there is a deal with Thales Group first mentioned that he was buying on the 20th March because he has wind of a Thales deal Unfortunately the same poster was telling everyone to sell in Feb and that he was dumping his shares, 750k apparently, which of course would put him on the share register (after reading that I didn’t go any further back)…………. So I think we can presume he was full of it regarding his holding. Whether his info is correct or not on Thales we’ll never know until official news arrives or doesn’t ………… Still at least most of us know that PPR is still cheap at this level based purely on the contracts signed since July/Sept ………….

If there is a contract coming soon and it’s a decent size to add to the £4.2m in orders won already ………… then this share has the potential to rerate in a big way!!

I doubt that figure on the GC thread is true ………. That’s almost as big as the entire sales pipeline If the contract news is true, I’d say knock off a zero …………. Mind you that’s a huge figure in itself, LOL If the news isn’t true there could be a nicer bargain than the last two weeks to be had here ……….

Plenty of room left to move up IMO I’ve been running through some numbers, based on a 30% margin and combined Administrative and Distribution costs at £1.2m The orders since Sept last year total about £4.2m, working with the above figures would make a profit before tax of £60k …………. About half a penny EPS With at least a part of the July contract added to the £4.2, I’ve reckoned on £300k ………… so £4.5m gives a profit before tax of £150k ………… EPS 1.3p Moving up in £500k chunks …………. Seems that they require somewhere around 3 to 4 months to complete the size of the orders that they recently won which would imply that any new orders up until the end of May this year of a £500k size should fall onto this financial year’s balance sheet Revenue of £5m gives a profit before tax of £300k ………… EPS 2.7p Revenue of £5.5m gives a profit before tax of £450k ……….. EPS 4p I’m just playing around so don’t take the figures seriously …………. Food for thought

It’s hardly surprising there aren’t many shares and the contracts they’ve signed since July/Sept 2012 should make them profitable Any further contracts up until the end of May by my reckoning should fall into this financial year and would make PPR a serious profit …………… and it should give the SP a serious bounce!!!
