There is no requirement to have funding sorted for the next 12 months, just a requirement to satisfy the auditors that they can. I fully expect the results to be filed on time and would hope that anyone negative will accept that if the auditor is happy then perhaps we should trust vlad knows what he is doing.

Then no, you wont get answers from Hemo if you ring them up, but you will get a flat no if you ring Peterhouse or SP Angel and ask if there are any Hemo placings you can take part in. Micky, dont take this the wrong way, but the last few days your posts have been downright erratic and "angry" I dont care if you are or not but they SOUND like you sold to trade and your angry the SP is up. HOLD and BUY, we are all grown ups, the tools are there, use the AI, BBB USE GROK, ask it to look at recent placings and discounts and include conversions from the CLNs etc as it whats left from the 20%, ask it if an EGM is required, ask how much Hemo could REALLY raise if they repeated, then consider vlad is about to DOUBLE the throughput of trials which means ALOT more expenditure and ask if thats sustainable via placing.

BBB, you really do have to feed Grok the full data as it is excellent when you tell it what to look for but its also quite lazy when it thinks it has the answer your looking for. Without any constraints Hemogenyx can raise £1.5m at £1.50 with 25% dilution without breaking 30%. On its own this statement is correct, HOWEVER that 30% is not a limit imposed by the FCA or any other organisation preventing the issue of 30%, simply 30% would trigger a takeover and Vlad and Peter have made it clear in the past he would never allow that.

What GROK has completely overlooked is the 2 ACTUAL constraints that are enforce:

Pre-emption of voter rights - This requires an AGM / EGM to pass, you will note every year we vote to allow a certain %.

Main Market 20% rule - In any rolling 12 month period the company can issue upto 20% of their stock in a new issue via a placing or other. I did the maths and they have actually went OVER this amount, however there appears to be a few loopholes and I believe they used one in the wording of the CLNs. Basically myself and a few others were deemed not to count towards that 20% because we were existing shareholders.

Basically, a company can ALWAYS do a placing if they are determined enough but the above rules impose multiple restrictions that mean both a prospectus and additional EGM would be required, both of which make it impossible to agree a price and level with the placees used to date. If Hemogenyx were to go down that route you can be assured the broadcasting of a EGM to issue shares would mean a substantial sell off and thus the suggested £1.5 is just fanciful wishful thinking. Vlad knows and Peter knows that it would never be achieved at that price and no placee would agree the price prior to the approval as they need to be able to safely forward sell and short with no risk of a vote being rejected, rather the MMs who naked short would not accept the risk on their behalf.

So next you have the cost and feasibility, a prospectus is NOT free, nor is it cheap or quick, it takes weeks and requires approval by the FCA. After this you would have 2-3 weeks for the EGM then 1-2 weeks before cash could be available. This effectively rules out the placees to date they are not interested in CLNs, they are not interested in being "locked in" or waiting for votes. And Hemogenyx will not go down that path with that uncertainty.

If Vlad was so inclined he COULD go down this path, but he would be causing irreparable harm to the company, wasting weeks to MAYBE raise some money at the end to fund another month or two. Vlad may have made many mistakes in the past but he is not a complete idiot. While this might be technically possible, do you think I would still be here if I though vlad was actually this stupid?

Micky, I am trying to be sincere and genuine with you here, but Hemogenyx are struggling to fund one patient per month with the current SP and the penny pinching placings. Bottom line is 1 year or 3 years it might aswell be 100 years. Hemogenyx cannot afford to get to Phase 2 trials. After patient 3 or 4 they can accelerate and treat bi-weekly and then eventually restrictions lifted completely. Your talking about needing 10m+ per year going forward and not 2-3m we have seen. To raise 10m via placing means giving away 150% the shares currently in issue, even to raise 3m means going over way over the 30% limit that would trigger an automatic takeover bid if to an institution, Peterhouse or SP Angel could never raise it at this price. So at this price Hemogenyx is DEAD, bottom line, relying on placings they are not a going concern and they are finished. I dont want to sound melodramatic, but I want there to be no room for a misunderstanding, HEMOGENYX CANNOT CONTINUE CLINICAL TRIALS RELYING ON PLACINGS.

So what does that mean? It means that Vlad HAS to give up a percentage of HG-CT-1 to raise money, its that or lose it all, and it has to do it soon before they run out of cash so in the next month likely. There are 2 likely options, VC or JC, both mean an injection of millions for x% of HG-CT-1. What does that do to the SP??? If a pharma or VC injects HYPOTHETICALLY 5m for say 30%? It means they are valuing HG-CT-1 in a distressed state at 15m+ right now. Thats ONE candidate out of multiple, so what value does that put on Hemogenyx? What does a cash injection of say 5m mean to an mCap of 7m? And once there is a JV or VC on board? Are they going to let HG-CT-1 run out of cash and fail? We should be talking a year or years free of dilution, free of placings, when Hemogenyx actually have cash in the bank and no fear of placings do you think the trolls will short or shout placing every day like we have experienced for years?

The SP IS stagnant, it has been stagnant for a very long time but it will not be for much longer, the head room is gone, the company have zero options right now other than to actually secure millions to progress the trials and they cant do it with dilution. They either secure the funding or they go bust, I cant guarantee they will deliver, I cant say the SP wont go to 0, there is always a risk but my money is on Vlad landing a VC or JV in the very near future.

Micky as much as you may act the fool your not stupid, you and I both know the SP here has never been about the science, its always how long to the next placing, who is gonna do it and how much damage will they do on the way down shorting and forward selling before it lands. If you think you can do better than AI at research then I am sorry saint but your just doing it wrong, getting defensive and thinking you can do better is cutting off your nose to spite your face. So while some dates may be wrong and other pieces of data also, on balance it will be reliable and in a scenario like this unbiased, to dismiss the entire thing because one date is wrong is like dismissing electricity because a bulb blew. AI is here to stay, dont follow it blindly but it would be foolish to dismiss.

No licencing deal for CAR-T in its history has ever valued a CAR-T treatment anywhere near this low, not even close. Back in 2016 Kite got 8m to licence some foundational intellectual property, not even remotely close to human trials. ALL Licencing deals for CAR-T are in the 10s or 100s of millions extending to 1bn+ ALL OF THEM.

Hemogenyx is £7m.... SEVEN million for the ENTIRE company + HG-CT-1 + CDX + CBR + Hu-PHEC + the facilities and everything else.

THEY HAVE A PATIENT AT WEEK 9 post infusion.
