Love the enthusiasm on here, but lets state the obvious, after 7 years Vlad is not changing.

He is unlikely to shake the boat at this critical stage, TODAY he will get results, in 14 days he will get more results. If it works then he is in a much stronger position to sell CAR-T and get the money required to step up CBR and CDX, in that scenario any losses any of us have ever suffered will be distant memories. If it fails then its over and no amount of PR from Vlad or Peter will make any difference in either outcome.

The criticism is more than justified, but your not going to improve your position here by doing so, wait for the test results and for VLad to license BUT if you have a very strong urge to do something? Dont harass Peter and Vlad, harass the pharma outlets, try and get some coverage, email VC's and tell them about the opportunity here, when your on a leaky boat do you shout at the holes and demand they stop or do you stick your finger in?

Accuracy matters.... During the first 14 days they are tested regularly, I suspect after day 14 they will be discharged and not return until day 28. The daily results should be available to Hemo via the online portal provided by Prevail:

The next patient can then start "Lympho-depletion" after 28 days, infusion will not occur until 5 days AFTER that starts, so really 33 days between patient dosing.

To be clear though results are available IMMEDIATELY, incomplete but they are available. We categorically will not know WHO is looking or what is being discussed or when this will result in licensing or JV until after the fact. It could take weeks it could take months.

IF HG-CT-1 did not work, was unsafe or was just ineffective MD Anderson would not be moving onto patient 2, the FDA would have imposed a clinical hold and the SP would be trending to ZERO.

If you assume Vlad WILL license or JV at some point? Use grok or Gemini to work it out for yourself what that means. If this works there will not be an opportunity to buy when it happens, a company with an mCap of 11m do not remain at 11m when they license a CAR-T which historically has seen most licensing deals in the 500m+ range. Or the company is sold as a whole, again it wont be for 11m, or a JV again with a partner who will be worth billions.

Micky, I give donations to dog shelters, NOT to cancer research charities. You actually want to help research and save lives you invest in companies like Hemo where the money goes on research not 98% spent on PR, travel, events, luxury perks and lining the pockets of fat cats. If your investing here, not trading but actually investing? You have every right to feel good about yourself when Hemo finally saves lives ❤️ that's not to say most of us have a primary goal of also making money.

I think if Vlad had 100gazillion dollarbucks in the bank he would be completing phase 1, getting FDA approval, moving into paediatrics, presenting full set of results at ASH etc and then inviting big pharma to submit their bids while he takes time to consider in 12 months time. However.... he does not have 100gazillion dollarbucks..... so I would expect there will be pharma with NDAs signed as soon as he has ANY results... we know he has already spoken to big pharma who have expressed an interest, that's public knowledge, ofcourse they will want to know what he is seeing.... 1 patient, 2? 3? Until vlad does a big deal he is at the mercy of the markers so I would suggest he will want to move quickly while he still owns a sizeable percentage of his company.

Blast there are other treatments yes, and lots in trials, but HG-CT-1 is not considered a first line treatment, these patients have to have tried an alternative treatment first and then relapsed before Hemo is even an option. The choice of target was actually recommended to Hemogenyx from the FDA because of a lack of curative options. It's a particularly difficult disease to treat and in recent years several direct competitors have had clinical hold and trials abandoned. Recently a CAR-NK treatment also targeting FLT3 has shown good results and safety profile which should give us a high level of confidence here. Basically, it's healthy to maintain a decent level of caution and scepticism, however as far as potential goes Hemogenyx are set up to deliver a massive return to investors in the very near future.

Blast, as Vlad says MD Anderson approached Hemogenyx primarily because they wanted HEMO-CAR-T(HG-CT-1) for Paediatrics as they have a ward with kids and no options to cure them. Vlad was clear that a move to 12yo+ is possible after 3 adult patients... So "clear advantage over competition?" Right now the question is... "What competition.."

Is vlad willing to keep CDX and CBR on the back burner for 2 years while he limps along alone refusing to licence or JV?

The SP is bonkers, anyone who thinks its sustainable now we have actual human patients with HG-CT-1 is crazy.

Micky you do understand that because this is CAR-T there is no double blind, there is no control patients, there is no placebo right? Patient 1 was selected because they had relapse AML, they were critically ill. This trial is NOT just safety.

Jinx, they have my details because I took part in a placing, and to be transparent when I sent the screen shots it was NOT in a good way, more "WTF are you doing to this company" kind of tone.... As for know about all the other placings? I knew about this one because I set it up and have been 100% transparent, that does not mean I knew about ones in the past. What I have tried to do over the years is stop the never ending constant FUD spreading from the traders who are constantly 100% devoted to shouting placing. How on earth can any small company survive in that environment when everyone is always terrified to buy incase there is a placing??? The reason companies are able to raise funds is because shareholders BUY and HOLD and the more people who do that the less dilution and less impact of placings when they do happen from time to time. The level of toxicity shown on LSE towards Hemo is unlike anything I have ever seen and the result is this SP.

Anyway the last 2 days should prove to Vlad that this market is dead and closed to him, myself and others gave him another month and that is enough to get results and approach an actual institution who can fund this going forward and I hope he makes good use of that time.

Well jinx you seem to have a vendetta against those in the placing, probably me in particular if you are whom I suspect. In which case go ask vlad if I trade, I send him plenty of screenshot of my portfolio to prove I don't! That said I wish I had traded in the past on what I knew, I would be a TR1 by now. What I do know is this, we are ticking days off a clinical trial and it's going well, no news is good news. And if this treatment works???....

IslandGirl, Fair enough you want to trade, but please be keep it sensitive, remember that when you say "We need some positive results" your talking about a human life. A human has been treated with HG-CT-1 and if it works that person will hopefully go on to live a long happy life, vs the alternative.

As made very clear by the CEO it is MUCH easier to secure funds once they are clinical, by the time Hemogenyx are in a position to raise funds again they will know if the CAR-T is working or not, that data will make it alot easier to raise funds on much more attractive terms.

The recent fund raise done last week was done so that Vlad would NOT raise off the back of this RNS, IE to give the share a month to run without the usual placing shouts and shorting. There is ZERO headroom and the recent CLN placing was a bit of an exception to guarantee it happened BEFORE this first injection. There are no talks going on now, no soundings, no placings and wont be for weeks, maybe March, maybe April, I dont know but I DO know its not going to be any time soon. We gave them headroom to cut off the traders at the knees. So if people want to "sit it out" or trade or pray for a placing? You go right ahead!

The first patient has been treated, they have clearly passed the critical first 48 hrs, and now? Traders are playing chicken with biology and clinical regulations, fixed timetables and industry standards. Its a gamble where us LTHers are irrelevant, its 14 days for efficiency first read and 28 days total for safety. Fill your boots and trade away, but tick tock!

Agreed. Feb 2024 hit 7p, insiders shorted it down to placing, it walked off a cliff the second peterhouse were involved. Then apart from confirmation of the hospital, a testing assay etc there was no material progress from IND to injection for 12 months.

If my guess of Monday for injection is correct then there cannot be 12 months of delays or waiting. Once treated there will be results, good or bad. 30 days later or even sooner Hemogenyx will have SOME clinical results, this is the point they can start seriously engaging with big pharma, this is essential to raise the 10s or 100s of millions needed now.

I'll go for Monday injection and 48hrs to be safe beforeRNS (Wednesday 2pm). Pure guess but the MDA website does say 5 days of chemo before treatment and vlads post on linked in was 7 days ago. And a Monday morning means more staff around incase something goes wrong, but this is a pure guess.

Bottom line is Micky we could not continue as we have for the past few years. On this Tuan is correct, trials take ALOT of money, the placing last week was purely to buy Hemogenyx the breathing space needed to secure that money. If the CAR-T works it will be easy to raise the money, if not then the company will be in trouble.

Nothing is guaranteed, but I can assure you the placees last week did not agree to be locked in at a fixed price for a month expecting the SP to drop post injection.

The traders have had total control here for years, we are trying to break that grasp, it's a high risk game for all involved. The shorters are balls deep and we are balls deep, but for once the odds are in our favour, one of us will lose, morally the shorters should be ashamed because if they succeed and win they will have put a cancer treating company out of business.

This share price is utter BS, it's not sustainable, one way or another it's going to the moon or game over.

In my view hemogenyx represents one of the most asymmetrically undervalued biotech opportunities in the industry today. With a team of less than 15 people they have achieved on a budget of circa $20million what other biotech companies have taken $100M's to achieve. An alignment of valuation to Hemo's peers for CAR-T alone disregarding the fact that they have an FDA approved GMP manufacturing facility and a pipeline laden with scientific breakthroughs would see a 10 fold re-rate with fair valuation being in the $100M's. I steer away from talking about the financial side of hemogenyx or commenting on the day to day movements in share price as this isn't where my skills lie but I appreciate that in order to raise funds to develop the remainder of their assets it would be a lot easier if their market cap in any way reflected their peers. I struggle with this site because instead of focusing on the potential of hemogenyx pipeline both for investors and patients alike which represent major scientific breakthroughs across the board we have somehow attracted short termist traders, shorters and absolute nut jobs. Well I suppose from a financial perspective I should thank them because the current market cap is unfathomably low as a result. Initiating phase 1 clincial trials opens doors to some more sophisticated investors and specialist oncology investment institutions my hope is Hemogenyx get the funding they and patients who might benefit from their brilliant science deserve.

If you search for "Hemogenxy" and "#HEMO" on Twitter and order by timestamp and look yesterday around the time the SP tanked you can probably figure it out, they have a website where there is lots of Hemo hate, but I refuse to link.

The point is you WANT hemo to fail. Shame on you.
