Micky, when your passing out blame its worth keeping some of it for where its due, go and check the trades for the past 2 week, non stop buying up to the point of placing. Did you see any sells? No, not one, to be clear the placee and market maker were Naked short selling stock here suppressing the SP up to RNS then dump. Do you think this is the first time? Do you assign ANY blame to the well known traders and shorters who have for years plagued this site pre placing?

I cannot excuse Vlads stupidity for keeping falling into the same trap time and time again, but that does not mean we can excuse the other side of the coin that actually did the damage.

Ironically, its now in our favor to let the these trolls run amuck, if the SP rised significantly, like really multi bagged using a prospectus to raise on the UK markets would be a viable option, and I dont think any of us want that. So keep Vlad in the corner.

Current situation is Vlad has effectively painted himself into a corner by making it impossible for him to raise on the UK markets for the next 11 months and not having enough money to last even half of that. He will have to sell atleast part of HG-CT-1 or go broke.

Think I have to agree here, there needs to be a board change, someone with relevant experience needs to be on the board ASAP.

So yes all those shares we bought at £3? are worth £1.84 right now so no we have not done what this placee has done. So while you might think your fully entitled to be angry atleast I have made an effort to try and save this company, and yes I will be speaking to vlad and venture capitalists and the FCA and might even drop an email to nshort@mdanderson.org but what have you done besides complain? Your investment is worth 15% now? Do you REALLY think that just moaning about it is going to help the situation?

Does that mean that HG-CT-1 is worth less than it was 2 days ago? - No the market for CAR-T is agnostic of the supplier, its worth what its worth in spite of Vlad screwing up the funding of it.

If you or anyone else wants to sell up and walk away? Fair enough, do what you got to do , I am here because Hemogenyx have something thats still worth a fortune and there are enough of us who believe Vlad can be persuaded to not screw up like this again and make some concrete changes. Hemo is worth far too much for me to walk away, if it was not worth that? I would have sold long ago. Why has Vlad not bought any?????? He WAS going to take part in the CLN but lawyers forbade him, he WAS going buy immediately after and then??? Again he is a bloody disgrace, this is mismanagement of the highest degree, but that does not mean the potential is not there, your still here because your angry but you agree. Because we have been stabbed in the back and yet everyone sees the potential upside, but we NEED answers and some sort of change and confidence that Vlad cant do this s417 again.

How can anyone forgive yesterday? There cannot be a "let bygones be bygones" and move on here. This is OUR company, we the shareholders got taken for mugs by the placee and yes Vlad is also a shareholder and also got taken for a ride but he is in the driving seat so no, there wont be any forgiveness. I might move on at some point but not until I am confident in the way forward.

Positive spin??

Hemogenyx have a CAR-T treatment for R/R AML that is valued at 500m-1bn+ with many examples of licensing deals. They have ZERO debt, now funded and first patient bone marrow test for definitive results will be available in just over a week. There is a MASSIVE positive side to an investment here.

HOWEVER

Hemogenyx allowed themselves to be taken for fools, they communicated with a placee, made it clear they intended to raise through them, agreed some basic terms I suspect and allowed that placee to conduct a campaign of naked shorting suppressing the SP and culminating in a massive unprecedented discount of 40%. Hemogenyx should be and WOULD be many many times higher than this with the ability to raise alot more money at much less discount if they had terminated communication with that placee the second it seemed off.

The positive spin and upside here is MASSIVE, but the incompetence of this last placing should go down in the history books as one of the stupidest decisions ever taken and I like the rest of the holding shareholders are furious. There is every reason to be angry, every reason to reach out and demand answers, but no argument to sell at this point.

The company started speaking to the flipper weeks ago I would suspect and they started shorting immediately, long before they had results and lets be clear THEY DID NOT CARE. This "institutional investor" wanted to flip and walk away at the end holding ZERO shares and a few 100k profit.

To be clear the CLN placees have STILL not gotten their shares, none of us were involved or knew about this.

Knowing money was tight we had agreed to sell our shares when they were above £3 and reinvest the full amount at ZERO discount AFTER we got the shares. There was no justification for this placing today.

Yesterday I spoke to Singer, the MM who has had unlimited stock in recent weeks and called them out on naked shorting, the response was basically "So what". I have contacted the FCA because to be clear, this is illegal.

I am calling for the immediate removal of Peter Redmond from the board, he has zero appreciation of the market and the effect this behavior does, all I get when I speak to the company is "We had to raise money and this was the best offer" Which is FALSE, existing shareholders would have sold and raised at ZERO discount. I have also been in touch with several venture capitalists who were extremely interested in investing in this company and would not have demanded such a discount.

Vlad has done a placing with an institution that APPROACHED THE COMPANY, they clearly were selling/short before they even made the approach and have held the SP ever since Vlad gave any sniff of interest.

Without a board change Hemo have lost my support, their failure to vet placees is a complete failure of duty.

Their failure to represent the company accurately to the market is again a total failure of duty. Vlad gets real time data from Prevail, they know HG-CT-1 works, they know its safe, MDA know its safe, they are testing the next patient. The licensing option for Kure.ai should generate a second income stream but vlad refuses to talk about it. There is ALOT of positives to this company but vlad is so s417 scared of the FCA because of a slap on the wrist many many years ago he refuses to speak openly about the potential and instead allows us to be abused.

I wont be posting again, but I will be active in the background. If Redmond does not step down we have enough votes for an EGM. I will also be aggressively pursuing the FCA to follow up here, Hemogenyx are not legally liable or at fault here so dont worry about trading being suspended etc. I want to see the placee and market makers held to account.

I encourage you all to use your voice and speak up, email the company and call for an immediate board change, this disgusting spectacle cannot be allowed to ever happen again.

This placing was a betrayal, better offers were available.

Would like to point out that inspite of the witch hunt, Hemogenyx have been CLINICAL with a human trial for ATLEAST 14 days. Vlad knows if it works.

Lets be REALLLLLY clear here, I have not seen one single sizeable sell printed, zilch, I assume shares HAVE been sold because the MMs have a tonne, but I can categorically state that nobody in the recent CLN placing is a "sophisticated investor" none of them including myself would even know where to begin to go to a market maker to get them to orchestrate a sell off like that. Its either a market maker naked shorting or its one of the previous 2 placees selling and as MrI states, the recent one has warrants so there is no downside for him selling if he chooses to do so. But seriously, wise up, its not subush, its not MrI, its someone in the financial industry who has many more connections than any of us.

I said "IF I said 100% it was safe" then everyone would attack me, so whilst I may be convinced neither I nor anyone else here can say that 100%. But we are past several key breakpoints in time where the most likely adverse reactions would have been detected.

LST - Nothing has changed, the PR sucks, my point is you cant teach an old dog new tricks and people are wasting energy moaning about 7 years of pants PR, I would however like the SP to start moving UP and that comes with new buyers and volume, both of which can be attracted by articles and investment from funds etc. Id respectfully suggest that people who are spending time emailing Peter or Vlad accept the fact that neither are any good at PR and probably wont read your entire email meaning whilst people may feel good getting it off their chest it wont have any positive outcome. Same as ranting on here, it may have a short term feel good effect but it wont have any positive impact on SP.

That same energy, multiplied by the many many people on here? Directed at social media and pharma outlets? COULD have a massive positive impact, or maybe none, but at least that use of energy has a chance of making a difference.

Either way in a while it wont make much difference, the CAR-T is either working or its not, we have borne the risk and stuck with it despite good intentions of de-risking much earlier. If it works CAR-T is worth 500m-1bn, that is a fact if not then its worthless and that outcome will be known soon.
