Micky, I guarantee you that nobody who actively posts on this site, myself included can answer your question. All I can say is that I am certain the company are actively engaged in trying to secure long term funding. Before they had any patients it was too early. Clearly 18 fully treated and followed patients is overkill. The truth is somewhere in the middle. One patient with a complete molecular response would certainly be enough to secure something from someone, 3 patients all with CMR on the lowest dose cohort would mean a bidding war. Point is vlad MIGHT have enough to attract that level of funding already, negotiations MIGHT be advanced already, or it could take months. Whilst we might get the odd leak of things that are going on Vlad will not, cannot risk leaks of that magnitude getting out. When it happens it WILL catch us out, Vlad will not let it leak.

The sp has not dropped in weeks, yes it has not moved up either but it has not dropped, even a placing was done at 180 and zero drop, zero sells, so now we have TWO patients treated, one patient approaching the 3 month testing, patient 2 hitting day 14 thus week and patient 3 likely being recruited as we speak?

Micky I don't know when it's going to explode, it may very well require big pharma, but that could come at any point and until then it looks like the bottom is very firmly in.

As for the SP hitting 5p old money? That's £20 current price which would be an mCap of £80m.

80mil is a ridiculously low valuation for a CAR-T licensing deal, so yes you absolutely should not only break even but make a healty profit.

No? I have said the warrants are absolutely worthless at current prices. At £3 the warrants from last week are worth SOMETHING but not alot. At 350-400 they are worth considerably more but even then it's likely the placee would wait.

What's the alternative? Hemo had offered a discount, that would have meant the same level of dilution IMMEDIATELY for the same amount of cash but an immediate decimated share price. With the warrants the share price does not fall AND the potential future dilution???? That means cash into the company, if the warrants from last week do get converted??? That's another 700k into the company for the same number of shares that were added last week for 450k.

When they secure the funding required via VC/JV/license etc then the warrants etc will be irrelevant. 7mil mCap is a joke. Open your eyes and stop being stuck in the past. Hemo are FINALLY clinical, I have waited 7 years for this, stop pretending like nothing has changed, EVERYTHING has changed.

The share price has to double for the warrants to be even close to worth anything. Which means at today's share price you can buy TWO shares for every one i bought and be in a better position than me with my warrants. You have zero excuses to be jealous, if you believe the placee will make alot of money on his warrants then you believe the SP will rise, so what's the problem? Buy more and if your so inclined sell at 270 before his warrants are worth anything.

This is a really silly argument, feeling butt hurt because someone got warrants at a much higher SP is pointless, because from where I'm sitting the placee expects the sp to rise, I expect the sp to rise and YOU expect the sp to rise and your only complaint is how much profit someone else will make. Micky, no. For any warrants to be worth anything the SP has to rise significantly. Your not going to see any conversions below £3.

Correct HT, when this is 300 you COULD see some warrants converted, injecting cash into the company and diluting us. But that would be a profit of 75k. That's much less than demanding a 15% discount. If it was me and I was going to convert I'd wait until 350 just before other warrants can be executed, that's almost 200k profit for him. But in reality he will probably wait for some sort of licence deal, whatever his intentions.... For him to be in profit the SP has to rise, and considerably. So your moaning because your jealous he has a better offer. That's fine but just so people are clear your unhappy because he stands to make alot of money when the SP goes up..... I really am struggling to understand why anyone here would have preferred to see a discount. This model works, it's dominant in the US, placees buy at market price or a premium + warrants, they are then incentivised to push the SP up, everyone wins as there is no longer any incentive to short. Warrants are HUGE when the upside is so big, I'm sitting on alot of them myself and I can tell you they significantly influence my intentions. They make me more positive, more likely to hold my other shares longer and I expect this is how all warrant holders feel. Me knowing the placee has warrants at 270 gives me confidence that he is not going to just dump, whoever it is may also now work in the background to spread the word about Hemogenyx. Anyone who thinks this is worse than a discount placing needs their head examined. And the market agrees, next to zero selling since the RNS.

Exactly, and it's the warrants that make it such a great deal for the placee. Warrants that are worthless without a significant increase in share price. Placee makes more money the higher the SP goes. Guess who else benefits as the SP goes up??????

Does it? If they are from outside the uk the limit is 5% and also, Hemogenyx have ZERO power to force or compel the placee to TR1, I have also never heard of the FCA prosecuting anyone for it. Its an absolute farce now, even if they decide to hold the entire holding I would be shocked if they TR1.

The SP is 180, the SP was 180 last week and the placing price is 180. They can certainly sell their shares at 180 and walk away with nothing if they wish but for them to make profit they are relying on their warrants, or maybe they hold and have warrants and shares.

There is NOTHING inside about this, there is no big secret, there is no mystique...... This is just really really simple in your face maths.

They did not get a discount, they did not forward sell or short. So they went long? They want to profit off the upside.

And I am not disagreeing with you RE historically shareholders getting shafted, I was one of the CLN holders who got shafted with the 40% placing before I even had my shares in my account, I know only too well how shafted we have been over the years. I know that Vlad prefers to us sand over Ky and have been walking like John Wayne for many years now.

But we are here, today, Friday 9th May 2025, SP has tanked year after year and mCap is at a point where volume is so incredibly low it would be impossible for Hemogenyx to survive raising the levels of cash they need from placees who short. An accelerated clinical trial program takes many millions, had they resorted to another discount placing? The SP would have tanked BEFORE it happened, then add on another 40% discount and mCap would have been 3m and likely they would have struggled to raise more than 450k. What happens when that runs out? Rinse and repeat? Starting from 3m it would have been hard to raise even 200k. This behaviour was NOT sustainable, discount placing after discount placing when SP keeps tanking reaches a point where its not only undesirable but it just does not work on paper, the market says no. We are there.

HT - YES! Absolutely the placee can now just flip those shares and have a free ride, lucky person the point is with no discount there is no fall to a discounted price, there is no incentive to short or troll, they can if they wish sell their shares like everyone else, except they wont care about making a big profit now. It can supress a bigger rise in the share price sure, but that is a billion times better than the shorting that comes with discount placings.

Micky, appears to be around 30k shares still sitting in the 180p range, not an insignificant amount but it has been incredibly low volumes recently.

First off the AGM authorises shareholder pre-emptive rights not the FCA 20% headroom which is unaffected so no there wont be plenty of headroom.

HOWEVER this approach he used is a backdoor which he COULD use again and if he does it would be fine! The issue is not doing placings, the issue is WHO and on what terms. The peterhouse special placees don't want arrangements like yesterday where there are multiple stages and hoops to jump through, they want to forward sell and short before the RNS lands.

There was no discount yesterday because the placee wanted to go long its as simple as that, there are people out there, myself included who would LOVE to have been in that placing yesterday.

Do you and others seriously not get what HG-CT-1 is worth????? It must be deliberate, because it takes literally 1 minute to google what a CAR-T for oncology licence is worth. And now we have 2 patients treated with some early results and signs of efficacy, patient one is still alive in month 3. Like SERIOUSLY????? It should be really really obvious why people are now choosing to go long, You cannot delay time, in 3 months Patient 1 will be in month 6.... The smart move 100% at this point is to bag as many warrants as humanly possible and then yes if you wish to derisk and sell the shares thats logical. But EVERY placee now wants warrants, I wanted warrants, I have some and they are a massive boost to my confidence.

If people want to keep their powder dry? Work away, hopefully the company have enough to see them through to pharma investment, if not? They are not doing discounts.

I probably speak ot more people on here than anyone else and I can categorically state I do not know if they will secure pharma investment next or another placing. I dont believe anyone is in a position to say otherwise, so anyone who is giving advice to buy or wait based on a future placing or not is full of s417 and just trying to manipulate the market. NONE of us know when they will land a pharma investment, as such anyone waiting for a placing that may or may not happen in a month or two time is gambling on no rise in share price, no pharma deal, no spike in SP all in the hope of a placing which would very likely be again at no discount....

Seriously the argument for sitting on the sideline took a massive hit yesterday, no point sitting on the sideline if the SP stops falling, but again you do your thing, I assume your the 3% short on IG, good luck with that. Irrespective of anything the MMs are quite firmly holding the SP here until the 40% overhang shifts so your not going to make anything anyway.

Nobody is saying you have to like it, but yes people with money can use that money to make disgusting profits. The difference here is however that we have flipped from people using their money to make big profits going short on the company to people using their money to make disgustingly bigger profits going long on the company. Funding is unlikely to be an issue going forward and even if they repeat this in a few months if big pharma does not step in? No discount still is the key point here, these people are going long, we hit bottom, there was nowhere left to go so now the boys with deep pockets intend to profit on the way up. Thats life, suck it up butter cup. Ride with the tide or sit and watch, whatever.

lots of people dont understand what happened yesterday.

historically we have experienced peterhouse specials, forward selling and flipping netted placees ~25% on average, yesterdays placing would have been 100k profit for 450k cash injection, likely requiring the placee to put up only 45k in security with a broker and never having to actually part with any of their own money. its what they do its how they make their money, the end result is sp tanks in the company, the 40% discount placing was an outlier it was much worse and knocked 7m off the mcap and destroyed any potential sentiment shift raising the company only 700k and probably banking the placee closer to 50% pure profits.

yesterdays placing? zero forward selling, placee actually has to front the 450k and while they will probably sell all or most of their shares they are incentivised for the sp to rise and not fall, complete reversal to the past. if they can walk away with even 50k profit they do so as absolute beasts who have won the game. everyone outside of this backwater board who has 2 brain cells knows the value of hg-ct-1, i am not interested in debating, its worth 500m give or take, anyone who does not agree is a ****** who cannot use google.

vlad will either sell or jv as soon as possible as he has no alternative, the placee yesterday got 1 for 1 warrants at 270p, if vlad sells or does a jv for even 100m????? our current mcap is seven million. not 70, but seven... 7 million. its very very obvious why the placee wanted warrants, they can sell and hold the warrants, de-risk with maximum exposure to upside. they are going to be incentivised to help push the sp up, they will be incentivised to fund again if required to add to their stack of warrants, its better for them for hemogenyx to be funded and to accelerate progress and talks.

yesterdays placee walked away with a blank cheque worth millions in profit for very little risk and stands to make more profit than even mint who had to front 12m, all for only 450k......

hemogenyx could very well be at that point where they secure big pharma funding. or in a month or two may need to place again, having seen the offer yesterdays placee got there are several people i know who have already put their names on a waiting list if they decide to repeat.

anyone who expects to see discount placings here in future? sorry but not happening, the idea of "getting in cheaper" after another discount placing is off the table, we may be stuck with this 180 overhang from that 40% discount placing, but it will clear at some point.
