RE: Low sp14 May 2025 11:47
JRDC your entitled to your opinion, but saying what is possible is irrelevant, whats likely is more important.
1, No they cannot raise £5m spread over 12 months with a 25% discount. You offer a discount the SP moves to that price and means more dilution requiring alot more shares. Basically they would have to do an EGM to keep authorising allocations AND every placing would require a prospectus. So no it does not work. The loop hole that they found going via the directors allocation DOES work and could be used again HOWEVER that does not work well with the placees who want discount due to their requirement to satisfy MMs of availability of shares prior to naked shorting, it does work with no discount placings with warrants as we saw last week.
2, 5m would not fund Hemogenyx for 12 months, point blank, as they accelerate to 2 patients per month they will need more than 5m a year AND right now CDX and CBR are not being developed due to conservation of cash efforts. Categorically Vlad is NOT going to just float along for 12 months doing just one patient a month and letting CBR and CDX get dusty. I BELIEVE (No I have not been told) that the company will seek to raise 10-20m+ in the coming months and THAT comes from big pharma/VC/JV etc as it simply cannot be raised via placings when your mCap is 7m.
3, RR AML is the holy grail, its incredibly hard to treat hence the lack of options, if progress continues to be positive we are not going to struggle to find buyers. 3-5 years is utter BS, if you believe that then go do some research, but there is no excuse for being ignorant in this day and age, EVERYONE has access to AI, fact check yourself before posting.
