While you look to the clown in front waving his hands take a moment to look behind you at Hemogenyx.
Take out the personalities and you have UNITED across all accounts, bull and bear, troll and supporter, universal acceptance that it looks like HG-CT-1 IS and will be successful, is there some debate on how long durability will last? Sure! But for R/R AML, these patients in particular there were no other options, they were entering end of life care, their bodies had already been through many many levels of care and HG-CT-1 is the last option. For these patients the FDA is clear, they have a goalpost, 6 months survivability.
Now according to our resident expert the FDA standard of testing has shifted so testing for CMR is becoming the standard replacing this arbitrary 6 month waiting period and MD Anderson are the LEADING cancer clinical trial hospital in the USA if not the world, did they do molecular testing? Who knows.
All we KNOW is that the 2 patients treated are still alive with p1 soon to enter month 6.
We KNOW that Hemogenyx submitted an IND to expand to paediatrics after only 2 patients and this was approved, unprecedented at this early stage.
We KNOW there has been a reduction in expenditure with the exit of at least 2 high paid scientists, maybe more, who were critical to developing HG-CT-1 to clinical status but over paid for the repetitive CAR-T manufacturing now required.
Drutor, nope, P3 was manufactured and paid for, any delay will not be because of Hemogenyx or the production, its up to MDA to decide when to inject.
We all know all of this ^ NOTHING there is controversial and I wont repeat any of the more exciting possibilities. The most important things to remember are that this is July, Ash submission is required by EoM AND P1 hits month 6 in the very near future.
Even the clowns are now saying HG-CT-1 works and are not even trying to pursuade us of anything different, instead its irrelevant noise trying to discredit a well respected scientist. But again ITS IRRELEVANT they are STILL saying HG-CT-1 works!!! AND they are hoping you will stop looking there.

Assuming HG-CT-1 works....... WHAT IS IT WORTH????
