Apparently Hemogenyx have a treatment for RR AML in clinical trials, rumor has it this is a multi billion pound market with very few options and rumors has it that Hemo have 2 patient with one in month 6. Also rumor has it they have slashed costs and made moves to save time and money using GRex. But don't tell anyone it's a secret.

This also gives them the option to make money by acting as CMO with minimal overheads allowing them to offer massive discounts to raise funds quickly.

All this while we enter month 6!!!!!

You were posting about 3-4 months between patients from the second patient, stating as a fact it would be August or September before P3 despite how you hate others guessing and stating it as a fact. There is no 2 sides with you when you post, its always doom and gloom so how do you expect people to react?

Each of the patients selected were EXPECTED to be infused roughly 1 month after the last, thats the protocol, and patients were selected quickly to enable that to happen. P3 has not (As far as we know) been infused, do you know why? Every one of these patients is different, P2 could have died and never got infused OR all 3 could have had zero complications and been infused right on time. We dont know but you post like you do and then you complain when others post like they know something and dont see the contradiction.

Now your posting about SP falling like a stone, needing lots of cash and SP back to pennies, your saying that like its a fact? So thats ok to say but its wrong to disagree with you?

But you point blank refuse to recognise that the FDA protocol was 30 days between patients, that drops after P3 to 14 days and with the expansion to Paediatrics that is 7 days, so to assume EVERY one of those patients will suffer 3 month delays is stretching the bounds of probability. You also seem keen to avoid the fact that Hemogenyx have slashed costs, they have, its not up for debate. THEY HAVE SLASHED COSTS. That means LESS cash is needed. The subcontracting of their GMP facilities COULD cover all these costs in the very near future meaning no placings. Month 6 is also VERY important and makes big pharma investment much more likely.

This is the bottom line. I have a large shareholding here, and I add to it on a regular basis because I am convinced its worth many many times the current mCap, I recognise the damage the placings have done but I see light at the end of the tunnel and believe the recent changes made by Vlad will put an end to that damage. If I posted and believed as you portray yourself? 10000000% I would have sold, There is no rational person on this planet who would post like you do, BELIEVE what you post and NOT sell. If you have sold? Your posts make perfect sense.

If you have sold you will want the SP to drop, you will want it to hit pennies so you can buy back in, you will deliberately ignore any positives and try and focus on negatives because your out. HT, if we can both act like adults I'll engage... the CORRECT answer is not enough, a company like Hemo with R&D should have atleast 6 months cash runway incase of unforseen setbacks or external forces. They SHOULD have always atleast 1-2 million in the bank.

The last few placings were 700k then 450k and 450k so averages about 400k a month, feels about right. Let's say BBL has spoken to Vlad and his 45% savings came from him then they could be down to 250k or so a month now.

There is no way they have much left, I'd be surprised if it's more than a few 100k. The 120k grant won't pay wages, it's to pay to migrate from Cocoon to GRex, so atleast that transition is free. We also have no expenses for p4 until it's ready.

The company need cash. Zero debate, imo we can all agree they must be running on fumes, MAYBE they can last a month or two, maybe only a few weeks.

The question is where that money comes from, we now have 3+ possible options.

1, Another placing - Far less scary now he needs half of what he did before. Had he been raising 2-300k a month the past few months instead of 450k they would have cleared in no time and sp not as vulnerable to shorting.

2, these talks with big pharma have been happening for years, we now have some results. It's time to do a JV. Will it happen soon? Your guess as good as mine.

3, Sub contract the GMP facilities, this has really peaked my interest, offering a discount means he could get customers very quickly, this also gives his remaining scientists something to do. Zero dilution and no impact to the trial, if he can raise 100-200k a month doing this?????

I don't know how much is in the bank. I cannot say that vlad won't place again. But I would say it's much less likely now, he has options, we have a chance and even if he did place again people are queuing up to take part so he won't be forced into unfavourable terms.

To Genuine shareholders who ARE significantly down, like myself, like MrI and Haywain and the rest.

This moment IS a genuine turning point.

Up until early this year Hemogenyx have been hitting the market for 400k a month to sustain their work, their lab facilities are not that cheap and a full staff costs millions. CAR-T manufacturing with Cocoon required a full compliment of staff with evening and weekends cover. Many of these staff key parts of the research that got CAR-T to FDA approval but significantly over paid to babysit and feed a petri dish.

These staff ARE gone, they are posting on LinkedIn, this is not empty rhetoric from an excided LTH and I have complete sympathy for them and express gratitude for their work.

But Hemogenyx HAVE slashed their overheads. They do not need 400k per month

They are NOT spending millions developing CDX or CBR

They are conserving cash to get results from P1 and P2, to get P3 injected, to speak to big pharma to secure the investment we all want to see.

IF your a genuine shareholder like me you accept that you wont know when a licencing deal will land, it could be July, it could be August, it could be December. I dont know and NOBODY on here knows.

If you are a shareholder and appreciate the upside then the one thing you care about is your sick to death of seeing your portfolio drop month after month. That was NEVER about the science, its all because of placings, and placings with placees who dump shares into dark pools seen by shorters like Stu who wanted to do as much damage as possible to the SP. And it worked because Vlad NEEDED £400k a month. The accounts are public, the annual report is there to read, Vlad was spending millions per year.

HG-CT-1 is a CAR-T targeting FLT3 R/R AML, the potential here is huge as it can be curative removing need for BMT and other conditioning, this target IS the holy grail, and its a tough nut to crack as off target toxicity was a real risk. But so far???? So far its safe That makes it worth billions.

Hemogenyx HAD a track record of progressing 3-4 pipelines with more than a dozen staff raising 400k per month, they had 2 clean rooms limited to one cocoon producing one CAR-T per room every 14 days. They had miniscule volume and placings did not clear before money ran out.

NOW? At 6m they have SLASHED overheads, halved the staff, multiplied capacity so they can now subcontract manufacturing and cut all non trial related research.

But the market is less emotional. 6Months IS significant, ASH submissions ARE significant. If HG-CT-1 is working its worth 100 times our mCap.

The risk of dilution and discount placings? That risk has been slashed with Vlads cost cutting.

If you seriously cannot see the potential and the reduction in risk and the transformation that has taken place in the past 2 months? Seriously sell, take your loss and walk away. This was not an off the cuff decision by Vlad, he would have applied MONTHS ago. This correlates perfectly with the reduction in headcount.

AS A SHAREHOLDER - Vlad has slashed the monthly cash burn and did so in May or June meaning even if there were associated overheads like severance it was paid in May or June. This means LESS money required from ALL sources, which includes dilution/placings which is where ALL the damage to the SP has come from. In parallel due to this new system their clean rooms go from being limited to one Cocoon system producing CAR-T for one patient to being able to scale capacity many many times requiring less staff and allowing Hemogenyx to act as a CMO for third parties as demonstrated on Linked In. ANY revenue generated via that stream is again DILUTION FREE and likely to cover their ongoing expenses. To be clear, NOTHING here is going to cost more than they were spending 2 months ago, no matter what happens they are spending LESS. The cash burn is LOWER right now and they have the potential to raise money sub contracting and can do so offering flexibility and discounted rates. - THIS IS PURELY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR GMP certified lab which is a huge asset.

Beside that - 1 month ago paediatric expansion was approved for HG-CT-1 and we know this was in huge demand from MDA, we also have P1 just finishing 5months post infusion and as pointed out almost 6 months post acceptance and inclusion to the trial. P2 being on month 4.

The SCIENCE here says Hemogenyx is worth 100s of millions. The placings have made that impossible TO DATE.

Dr Vladislav Sandler, CEO and Founder of Hemogenyx FINALLY has recognised that. He has slashed his overheads and made moves to cut his reliance on Placings. If he succeeds????
