Anyway night all, I am taking this as either very positive that Vlad arranged to get someone JUST UNDER the TR-1 level amount of shares at rock bottom prices, whilst also giving the investor a decent return on their investment without having to jump through hoops to do a placing. Could be wrong, either way going to be a fun few months ahead!

I have a theory, actually 2 theories, neither need explaining right now on here as both are plausible but I would rather ask a few questions and wait for answers from people who actually know whats going on. Needless to say I am reassured by the size of the buy yesterday that is almost the size of the conversion + a few extra... and my preferred option is that this was not unexpected or unwelcomed.

Cnel, the last time a YouTube premiere was scheduled in advance vlad got absolutely slated because people just assumed it being scheduled meant it would coinside with Eli licence or something. He got serious abuse and everyone said don't schedule it in advance. So really he can't win here. That said it's available now for all to watch and I think its very well done.

Hemo sitting at 5.5p and I have been gagging to get my funds from here to invest there before it starts bagging. To say I am frustrated is an understatement! Does anyone have any idea where SYME are in the backlog with the FCA or how long its expected to take to process? It feels like that RNS saying good to go was like a year ago!

A financial institution has to declare a short position at a certain level. But a PI shorting somewhere like spredex won't appear.

They have for sure dome some serious damage to the Share Price, some fault does lie with Vlad for not fighting back sooner with PR. But your right, it wont last much longer, there is too much money on the line for them to risk with deadline approaching they know they have to be clear soon. So yes the SP will bounce back, we will recover, any losses are paper losses only unless you sell.
But for me its more personal, I want to see them forced out of their positions with margin calls closing their shorts at heavy losses rather than them making a profit at the expense of the rest of us. Come on Vlad, appoint a PR team, even hire a student to look after social media!

God knows, but if you look at their long term plan they are looking more at partnerships and funding to independent partners with licencing deals rather than mergers and acquisitions. Seems like as a business buying the IP outright and as much IP as humanly possible gives you the best leverage going forward but thats not what Eli are doing.

Totally agree with Lunus, no deal very unlikely. But even assuming there was no deal the estimate of 3p seems an odd thing to say?
Lets assume they have nothing else but CDX, no CBR, no CAR-T, no mice and the offer they give to Vlad is not good enough to accept. At 3p the MCap would be £13Mil, so if they wanted to licence CDX but didnt offer enough and vlad walked away, why on earth would they not just start buying the company and own it completely for alot less than they offered?
I would be alot more concerned if they had not completed the development agreement, if they had mothballed CDX, decided to walk away and abandon it.
But its been made crystal clear, Eli will make an offer, the risk is its not good enough for Vlad to accept as it would not represent value for shareholders, so how does that argument stack up if Eli could just buy the company for £13mil?

Yes you are right I engaged with the shorters (They were de-rampers not shorters) for far too long and I should not have engaged with them here atall. However it felt like people were actually buying into what they were saying. With regards to suzi8, he is out to make a profit and does it by deramping hemo, let it bounce and repeat. I found who he was in real life and was led to believe that he had decided to quit de-ramping Hemogenyx for fear of being revealed and I was willing to give him a chance, I was wrong and despite stopping for a week or so he started back up again. I was happy for him to just stop the deramping and invest in hemo, in the past he has held shares here for many years and was very pro hemo. I didnt want him to be an enemy of Hemo or this board or investors if possible.
