Looks like trading will resume today!!
In all honesty I am expecting at the very minimum 2p by close of play just because of Social Media interest.
I will be slicing for free ride and putting the slice on Hemo which is being hit by trolls, derampers and shorters and should be soon to get some support from the LSE burners

As for calling for better PR.... What planet are you on? Nobody has ever said Hemo were good at PR, we all cringe any time there is a suggestion of a new video. Last year you were as bullish about Hemo as anyone, more than the general public in fact until you followed Paul and sold out to chase unicorns and ever since then you have been anti-hemo, as if over night, coincidentally the same time you sold, left the Hemogenyx twitter group and blocked everyone, hemo became what? some sort of scam? And we are all to believe that this anti hemo stance is all from what some sort of altruistic standpoint? But yet you also state occasionally how well hemo will do and how they are secretly going to be taken over by Orgenesis even though if all your naysaying came true they would what be destroyed by Mint?

Yea I made like £30k profit or something on Pineapple and about £25k on Microfocus (maybe more not entirely sure it was lots of spreadbets and shares) I expect to make ALOT more than this on hemo in very short time span, (on paper anyway, probably wont sell any until end of march)

I don't want to defend the pr because I can't. But it has been clear for months that hemo are ready to move ahead with clinical trials for car t with Penn. They just needed the money. I have don't know if they will rns the ind application or just after the 30 days is up? But they have literally been waiting months for this cash, vlad is chomping at the bit. Selling a few days after they actually get the cash is crazy, but good luck anyway

I assure you whilst Dr Sandler is here for the science the rest, including his wife, are here to make a profit. Follow the money, not shorters who want to make a quick buck on a 10% fall. This loan unlocks Clinical Trials, expect to see IND applications within the next few weeks and Eli licencing deal any time.

Shorters are the only ones selling, they will still have to close, make them burn :-)

At everyone else, let him work away, hemogenyx has gotten alot of traction on several groups some arising from the wallstreet bets London cross over so likely by lunchtime tomorrow we should be seeing alot of interest but I highly doubt any of them give a toss about this website so save your time. Let's be honest it's peanuts compared to his share holdings and less than people like suzi have made from investing in the company. He is Hemogenyx, if this were banking or IT most of his staff would be on that salary already.

The 3 consecutive days bit was in relation to if they were ever to convert in future not 3 days before the issue date of Wednesday. I am pretty sure Tuesday at 4:30 as per bid on bloomberg is what counts.
But to be honest even then if you trust vlad and he plans to repay the loan anyway then it really doesn't matter what the sp is, it's more we would rather have a much higher price printed in the rns on Wednesday or Thursday so that derampers in the months ahead don't keep using whatever sp it is to bash the sp like they do in other companies with things like outstanding warrants or placing overhangs.

Mint are acting as an intermediary for a single billionaire investor who believes in hemo and is not interested making a few 100k here or there shorting etc. As for the sp, there are limits, primarily the prospectus is clear, price goes below 5p and no loan. Next as has been pointed out vlad has left a few days before the issue date, Tues close bid is the important price so reasonable chance that vlad has planned news to boost the sp Monday or Tuesday.
Finally there is alot of interest in hemo the wallstreet bets is coming to the UK, syme is getting hit for sure and I think also hemo. PIs are sick of shorters and want to watch them burn. There is going to be alot of buying next few days in hemo.

End of the day though if you trust vlad and hemo they have given their word this loan is fantastic and the best option, if you dont trust vlad, find another share to invest in. Why would anyone invest anyway loan or not if they didn't trust them?

Supply and demand will win in the end, you can fear monger all you want about dilution but at the end of the day if Mint just decide to keep their word and not sell then there will not be a single extra share in circulation for investors in Hemogenyx to buy and nothing that you say on here will change that. Enough people want to invest the SP goes up, the loan and prospectus is now public, pharma and II's will see it and know IND applications build in a 30 day delay before clinical trials so the next few months should be very exciting. I am good to hold for years for take over and multiple licencing deals along the way, I just hope that on that path many of the traders and detractors get locked out.
