Look at how far they have taken a few products on what? 6 Million compared to other companies who would have needed double that for a single candidate. Lunus, gut feeling is Vlad will try for next few weeks to shift the SP, either director share dealing RNSs or get a shift on with CBR related news of some sort. If it works and this company rockets just based on the RNSs released the loan will get drawn and Clincal stages start and thats it, Hemo is clinical and we can forget about this playing around in the dirt. IF he cannot shift the SP just though FOMO and sentiment alone then its either a case of waiting it out a few weeks/months for Eli, perhaps push it along by accepting lower offer or dropping the loan and doing a standard placing. If he dropped the loan the SP would bounce and he could do a placing and raise enough to take perhaps only CAR-T to clinical trials and worry about everything else after that.

Just have to have faith and see what he does next.

I AM a share holder here, but it is a tiny holding a few £k worth so mostly just here right now for the entertainment and to see the derampers panic, not sure the motivation for people to carry on debating anything at this point. Trading is suspended, nobody can persuade anyone to buy or sell, any time spent ramping or deramping is 100% pointless right now.

I would say the Mint loan is ready to go but the current SP makes it completely un-viable as when Hemogenyx is sold at some point in the future Mint would end up owning too much equity and too much of the purchase price. The cash is needed as soon as possible to start paying for clinical trials so Vlad wants to improve the SP before drawing the loan.
The Tweets yesterday about covid, call me a cynic, but tagging Hemogenyx in them was intentional to start attracting volume and investment to improve the SP.

I dont think tweeting will have that much effect so he is unlikely to give up as he really wants the money to start trials, so we could see something like one of these soon:

You get the idea, basically I get the feeling one way or another the SP is going up significantly, Vlad took his eye off the ball and is now forced to play offence on the PR side or else just wait for the Eli cash.

Its about time the CEO started promoting his company, I hope even after the loan it continues, its all well and good promoting at ASH to other scientists but he needs to sell it to the world.

Hold on a second I am neither lefty or righty, I have massive issues with both left and right, at the moment I am very anti republican party in the US and conservative party in the UK but if they did come back towards the center I would align with alot more of their policies.

Lol Shuggy, actually having a good day except for that idiot, I have OCD and I think what triggers me about badger is the dishonesty over motivation. I would be happy to have a honest conversation with him/her and listen to their opinion, and I did that and accepted the risk is tiny compared to upside. CJSterling, dont like because of right wing views and tweets but he is as clear as day he was in a shell that was locked he is waiting for a good exit point to sell before piling back into Hemo, does not trigger me. Badger/suzy, if they would just admit they are trading or shorting or they hate vlad because they didnt get the oppertunity to convert their share options from silver falcon then they would not trigger me either.

Anyway apologies for the rant, all done :-) Somewhat giddy today because Trump is GONE and he has not pardoned himself or his children and because of that my pulse is racing in anticipation of him getting arrested, I have been waiting for this day for a very long time and my pent up energy is getting spent on ADVFN.

Somewhere in the middle starfox and reprobus, Eli and hemo have a great relationship but Eli have a board and investors to answer too and they would have been hard justified to offer an upfront similar to what Vlad would want when they could just buy the entire company for less when the MCap is so low. Proof of ability to go it alone is important. However they only waited until the General Meeting before starting financial discussions so they dont actually need to have drawn down the first tranche, that bargaining chip is already secured even if loan is never actually drawn down.

IMO at this point the SP is so low there is small chance of vlad taking the loan ever now. They went for it last year when they could not do any more placings and were desperate to raise funds to pay for IND applications and money from ELI was probably 6 months away. Its dragged on that long Vlad could now bin the loan, SP would bounce could have a placing for more than enough to start the clinical work, licence with Eli Lilly and suddenly everything is rosy again.

So you have not bought in yet I see you are posting here while the share your invested in CMET is the one tanking today?

Digittt I agree with most, although the statement from mint is they will not convert or sell any, but either way a mute point at this time.
I think whats relevant right now is the SP is in the sewer the 12mil + arrangement fee right now would see vlad handing over more than 1/3 of any revenue he gets when Hemogenyx is finally sold. This is not where he expected the SP to be and hence there has been no loan drawn down, the SP is too low. I suspect he would have been happy enough to go with 10%-15% equity in terms of tranche 1 and by all accounts the positive news from Eli and Penn should have done enough to the SP for that to happen. Had the SP been 20+ before any loan was drawn down nobody would have batted an eyelid at the loan. But we are where we are.

I believe the prospectus is ready to go, I believe vlad could already have drawn down the cash by now if he had wanted and I believe he wont until the SP recovers significantly which probably means waiting no unfortunately for the Eli deal to be signed sealed and delivered. Dont be surprised to see the loan scrapped completely because of the SP, the fact that none of the major share holders have sold or batted an eyelid should reassure people that nothing bad is going to happen, just this annoying waiting period with silence that feeds the trolls and de-rampers.

From what I understand there are dozens of competing companies right now looking to go public, not all green energy, remember the directors who set this up are tied in until they either complete RTO or 2 years, they will not go for a dog company, they want to make as much money as humanly possible, they are here for some very short term profit same as the rest of us. Follow the money and look to restrictions on trading, best way in this game.

SBuild no, they will not buy or invest in any other company, a large privately owned company already in this space will use Pineapple as a shell to "Reverse" themselves into the main market and get a public listing without the pain and expense of going through an IPO. Consider this the chance to invest in an exciting IPO with a massive discount but its a surprise what the company is until your locked in :-D

10p was my predicted target for RTO, good level and gives some room for upside in terms of agreed valuation, granted I did not expect to reach 10p quite as rapidly as past few days but still.... At a level now where I would not consider selling nor would I personally want to add. IMO next week we will see trading suspended for the RTO which I am looking forward too :-)

They are not looking to invest by buying shares in another listed company
Pineapple power are a way for a large successful privately owned VRFB company to get listed on the main market of the London Stock exchange in record fast time for a fraction of the cost of a listing.

Imagine your a private company, you see the public companies literally bagging over night, all you want is to be publicly traded to capitalise and liberate some of that capital. THIS is why this SPOC is so valuable. Its not about Pineapple or what cash they have in the bank, its about saying to a company many many times bigger, whats it worth to get you listed within a month or so?

Does not feel like a genuine fall, the RNS was positive, shows confidence in their finances and within a few weeks they will be published. The fall was artificial, I dont buy it for one second.
