His post at Thu 10:20 was "Strong sell" and the sarcasm was literally dripping from his post. I would be perfectly fine with the Today 12:00 had it not followed a negative post yesterday. Its like selling your house in a neighbourhood but telling everyone who comes to see it how much you hate it and how they should not buy BEFORE you sell. Either he is an idiot or lying, either is possible. Not that I am overly bothered by his comments, I bought today, correct, at rock bottom prices based on fundamentals and the charts showing this is massively over sold and will bounce back shortly, I just hate people who lie on forums and to say you waited 24 hrs after your de-ramping post to sell? Come on, get real. Thats just a sad and lazy excuse for a deramp. I hate people who go to shares say they sold because its going down then 24 hrs later they are back ramping away having bought.

Yea... you posted a super negative strong sell post yesterday encouraging people to sell... and you expect people (by the way nobody bothers to visit this board, just saying) to believe that you posted that while you still held shares and only NOW after deramping your own shares you sold even lower than you could have before you started deramping? I am actually going to be buying solar panels from these folks later this year, absolutely fantastic product and great and friendly team. So they had a few delays because of covid..... yea.... Go look at Hemo my biggest holding, labs were shut there because of covid for best part of the year, **** happens. Anyone who does not think Verditek is over sold needs their head examined, took 200k at 4.3 looking forward to the bounce :-)

Many many people have tried to convey that message to Vlad that he needs to let someone else do the PR... It falls on deaf ears, but up to now it has not really mattered so maybe he will wise up and hire someone now. For sure he wont give up and quit, I am sure he is working on either getting the Eli deal signed or perhaps something like filing patent application for CBR? He is not the best business man in the world but he knows he needs to shift the SP if he wants to get the loan.

I suspect the tweets by vlad about covid etc were Vlads attempts to pump the SP for one day so he could release the prospectus and draw the loan the following day on very much favourable MCap, but it failed miserably to shift the SP. Why they have not hired someone to do PR, engage with the media and investors is beyond me. I think its a case of Vlad thinks he can wear this hat aswell and wants to save what? 30-50k a year in a salary but at the expense of costing millions in reduced equity, thank god he is good at science :-D

One month now since the listing went public, I BELIEVE thats us out of the waiting period pre RTO, so its fair game now, this week or next still for me :-)

I am not sure why you obsessed over one post that said £1 per share..... Pretty much everyone else expects us to go somewhere in the 20-40p range unless its a very very good deal. Most believe we should be significantly north of 10p right now, atleast 12-14p, the fact we are so low is disgraceful considering the pipeline but it is what it is. Longer term holders expect us to be £1+ or many multiples of this ONCE we start seeing results from clinical trials when Hemo becomes a realistic target for takeover.

I said probably happen within the next few weeks but I have absolutely no hard evidence, none to prove that. I do have enough belief that I have something like £40k invested in here, people need to make up their own minds.

Absolutely there will be massive dilution, for every 1 existing share there will likely be 10-20 new shares issued and with that possibility a consolidation of 10:1 or 20:1. There will be conditions added to the shares issued to the directors of the RTO target company such as cant sell for 12 months or so but they will not and cannot attach such conditions to us current holders.
Most importantly share holders need to be aware this will probably happen within the next couple of weeks. My money is next week.
At some point the share WILL be suspended and you will have ZERO warning you will not be able to trade for weeks maybe even a month or two. The result will very likely be very rewarding for holders but it comes with some risk and the cold hard truth that you will be locked in for the duration. I am excited at the prospect but its not for everyone. We don't know the RTO target and none of us know the SP on the other side, so basically good luck to those of us who decide to see it through, to any that don't want to be locked in for any period of time I suggest you don't have long left to exit.

Its just the speculation of the RTO, there are certain.... waiting periods before much can be said, so next week or perhaps week after there should be more news.

Tuan6, I have actually grown quite fond of suzy/badger, but I would like to keep it OFF LSE and on the other site or in private chat ideally. He/She is alot more respectful than others I could name. Yes I believe they have an ulterior motive and playing the share for profit not unlike pumpkin used to do with her "Selling at 7, rebuy at 6p, kisses!". If people are not abusive, overly rude, lying constantly and backstabbing then I will generally give them time.

To be open and transparent however swimming is correct to an extent, Chad was in the top 2 holding and alot of people in that chat will have taken a cue from him when he said he had sold and was going elsewhere for a while before getting back in lower I suspect lots of people followed suit and sold expecting to have some time to get back in, I am aware of at least 4 who have shared with me the company they are invested in and what their target is before they jump back into hemo, they are all now getting itchy feet and hoping for an RNS sooner rather than later in the OTHER share before here, (None of the ones I know however are waiting on PHE)

Same, I have 333k pineapple shares I want to convert to Hemo right now but my broker says no. I have to wait for them to clear. I kept putting off and off and off converting them to online but life got in the way.........................Tuesday or Wednesday >.<

Reverse take over, basically they offer themselves like a wrapper for a private company to list on the stock exchange without going through the normal IPO process. Saves alot of time and money, makes a clean cash shell like this very attractive.
I am sure in years to come the government will crack down on these, it feels wrong, like scalping tickets outside a football ground

Nope the only real difference between L2 and regular on here in terms of trades is the 15 minute delay, you can also see what MMs are each offering.

What are you on about? how is that a changing narrative? Mice are the foundation on which they develop everything? The Humanised mice are why we are so confident about passing clinical trials with CDX, CAR-T etc.
But its CAR-T and CDX that will make this company in the short term, the mice just make that process MUCH safer and cheaper. If you care to go back over my profile history any time I have summarised the current pipelines of hemo I have included the squeekers.
