I just wanted to point out an article that was posted yesterday:

Here some tool who was reviewing the days RNS's came across HEMO, he thought AH! Its a little red, lets just inflate that by comparing the closing UT printed price from the day before to the lowest displayed BID price to make it look like -11%, lets make it sound like the company is facing massive dilution with 7 point 7 MILLION SHARES!!!!! WOW! yea... its 600k.
That then got spread here and used to de-ramp. The article was written by a tool who is a programmer working on some *****ain project in Africa and only occasionally writes some finance related articles devoid of any research or content and he is not a share holder.

Find the source for everything before you believe it, that includes people who post on here or twitter, if what is being said is coming from someone who believes enough to put their own money on the line then its worth listening. If someone is spending all their free time trying to convince you to sell just ask why, there are only 24 hrs in a given day, why would some people dedicate several hours of those each and every day to try and get you to sell if they didnt have something to gain.

The MMs held down the SP to fill an order for 1mil shares yesterday.... People keep buying shares the SP will go up even with MMs putting it down to order fill.
People should go and look at after hours orders each day and then when you see a big order appear it should become obvious that the SP is being manipulated for the good of the MMs and the rich who can afford to load up on the cheap.

The big fish DO NOT WANT PIs to get rich off this or any other share. When it becomes crystal clear that a share is going to explode thats when they will try and cut to the front of the line and buy in. Ignore the SP movements, if you trust your research then dont worry about the SP. Look at what happened with GameStop and Silver etc, there are lots and lots of tricks the MMs can use to get people to sell, just ignore it all hold.

Err.. Toine went completely off the rails, treating people like **** and swearing and in all likely hood got banned. Guessing the posts all got removed so not on profile.

The idiot who wrote the article was sitting on the bog with his laptop trying to push out some click bait.
He probably spent all of 2.5 minutes doing some copy and paste, bit of formatting, and publish.
1, 11%? its down 5%, half the stocks on my watch list are down 5% so hardly a plunge, but yea whatever.
2, People what? are now selling today because of fear of dilution of 7,741,935 shares that they got at 8.4p for a 600k loan? They have the shares, the deal was yesterday his logic that people are selling in anticipation of the dilution coming from these shares? The shares are already there, Mint IF they sell will want to sell for as much as they can, unless they are really skint and stuck for cash why on earth would they dump them when they can wait like the rest of us and sell for multiples?

Mint got 5% they dont own the CLNs its a private backer
That person has no intention to sell
The HIGHEST SP that they could be converted is 8.4375p They cannot issue conversion notice for 5 business days so next few days are irrelevant. From then on its the 3 working days before that conversion notice not 3 days before issue date.
And as Digittt says, they cannot convert more than 129mil which assuming the 8.4p conversion would be £11mil worth of CLNs.

@CJSterling your intentions were clear, you wanted to hurt the company and damage the SP, well you failed, the loan has been drawn and the fee to Mint is at a very acceptable 600k at 8.4p. My motivations for promoting the stock are clear, I want to do well off it in the long run and the fact its Hemo gives me a sense of pride in what I am investing in. You literally dedicate your free time to this site to post lies, bs and just pure irrelevant nonsense to try and damage the company which is trying to cure cancer, like seriously?

Digittt, think its a good time for no ramping, ideally no de-ramping either but hey thats out of our control. LTHers genuinely dont want to pump the SP just to enable traders to dump with 10%. The closing SP yesterday did matter and yes alot of LTHers went all out promoting the stock, but now? The SP is irrelevant, nobody should feel any need to ramp, or buying shares just to support the SP or anything like that. The cash is in the bank and the results will speak for themselves.
Most of us are here for clinical results and dont trade this share so will not now expend energy trying to fluff the SP just to benefit a few traders.

Yep. ta. I had it in my head thought that it was 5% up front not per tranche. Basically I was a little miffed that Mint would get the full 3mil even if Vlad never drew down the remainder of the loan. Just keeps getting better and better :-)

Just checked the numbers to make sure, but Mint got 5% of the 12Mil and not 5% of the full 60mil up front! I had thought they were getting 3mil in shares right away at this level but nope, they got 7.7mil shares at 0.084p per share as payment for arranging the first 12mil of the loan totalling £650k. I am pretty sure the wording was they would get all 3mil up front which I was not looking forward too, this is so much better!

The small buys are MOSTLY from free platforms like freetrade where people can buy any number of shares without paying a fee, but they do pay a much higher spread because of that. If your buying small numbers its good, if your buying in the 10k+ range its better to pay the £3 dealing fee and get a better quote

Well that's a very nice RNS for once :-) and won't say I'm topping up as I am 100% topped up but it gives me total confidence to hold for long term.

I'm surprised we have not seen Suzy on today posting AND we have not seen big block selling going on, strange how the 2 often go hand in hand?

Imagine the SP if they released an RNS saying "we have hired a new head of PR and Media Relations"!

Depends, we really dont know, its possible that Penn are sitting with everything in an envelope ready to go for IND application and beginning of clinical trials, they could have already pre selected patients for the first stage but they are waiting for the cash. Its possible that the cash will get things moving internally and there will be no news now for a month, but for me its safer to be in now as we really dont know the timeline, I have been burned once buying on a spike (Not hemo) and never again, if I am not in before news lands, I dont want in :-)
