Sometimes greed is good, but this time if it was enough to cover the loans, fund CAR-T to clinical trials and a reasonable royalty I really wish he had either accepted it or put it to a shareholder vote.....
Whatever they were willing to pay was probably not that bad considering the money and time they have spent the last 3 years on CDX..... They will probably get a very sweet deal as part of Hemo licencing from them anyway. If I were Eli I would have bought every share possible today and just went for a hostile takeover and take the lot by force.

Really speaks to your character, you will notice none of us ever go near DKE to gloat at its demise, at least Hemogenyx has several products worth something, I really dont know what DKE has to offer as when you last tried to convince me to buy they were working on 10 uni deals worth millions...
I lost a good chunk of shares that were held in CFDs first thing this morning, but the rest of my holding I have held. I dont believe for a second the MCap will stay at 21Mil for that long given the pipeline and the fact that CAR-T is so close to clinical trials with Penn.

I am mightily peeved at todays RNS as it certainly appears that Vlad has just rejected whatever offer Eli have made as not good enough. They wont include a statement like this: "The Company continues to work actively with GlobalCo in relation to development of the antibody, and to negotiate with GlobalCo to determine the exact terms of the licence and GlobalCo's continued involvement in the progression of CDX toward clinical trials. "
It just reads like a delay, Eli are not walking away from Hemo so why hang around? They either want to licence AT SOME point in the future or they want Hemo to be a success so they get a royalty share. So how do Eli licence to Hemo?
Buy it? - No chance, Hemo have like 12mil cash.
Royalty share? - Maybe but they will want control to make sure it makes a return sooner rather than later
Equity share? - licence it for a stake in Hemo? thats my gut instinct, if they can agree a fair stake.

Anyway, I have relaxed a little but remain pretty angry, the wording of this RNS and the current state of play leaves alot to be desired. We know the 60mil CLNs were a power play to force a better deal from Eli, well it failed, we do need some better governance in terms of business decisions and adding shareholder value.

Not going to bother reading below as my blood is boiling this morning, I lost SOME of my shares that I had as part of a CFD, but thankfully MOST of my shares are owned outright. I am extremely peeved at the mis-information that has been coming from a certain member of the BoD who IMO should be removed. Only post for the day as I plan to take a long walk to cool down.

Pumpkin, vlad tried to offer minny and speedy a very attractive salary but when they approached the bank to set up a bank account for their PAYE salary the manager thought Vlad was taking the mickey. So when he suggested payment in food instead the mice thought he was the big cheese and signed up straight away.

Vlad has trained an army of the super humanised mice to do most of the grunt work, they work for peanuts, peanuts and cheese. Their boss and line manager is a highly trained dog called K9 who is a lead scientist who works for free drink. As such the 12mil is just sitting in the bank ready to be repaid once its no longer required for leverage and Eli Lilly agree to fund and take CDX through clinical trials.

HOWEVER your asking the wrong question which is why this is a stupid circular argument they cannot confirm GlobalCo will take up the option because its in negotiations, things could fall apart, they could decide to buy Hemo entirely, they could decide to JV the thing and take equity, that is the FORM of the negotiations. Until it happens they cannot state categorically Eli Lilly will take the option....................................

Instead ask, and YET AGAIN this should be very very obvious.... Who is in negotiations with Hemogenyx to licence CDX?
They have the INTENTION to licence but how can they possibly guarantee this until its done?
Global co where in a 3 month period to decide if they want to licence, then they get 6 months to actually licence, when you see Global Co DECLINE to licence or take the option THEN Hemo enter into their 3 months and THEN decide to enter into negotiations you might have some grounds to suspect its not Eli.................

How many entities were in a 3 month period to take up the option to licence? As per the RNS GlobalCo had 3 months to decide if they want to licence, within that 3 month period they entered into negotiations, if they didnt want to licence they would have RNS'ed so...
Please, how many times have I said this, go and lift your phone like many of us already have. This is not hard, to everyone at Hemogenyx this is pretty damn obvious, to the rest of us this is really obvious... If your refusing to go directly to Hemogenyx and ask with a simple phone call then I am done replying on here, this is a pathetic waste of time that you could satisfy yourself with by taking 2 minutes of your life to lift a phone. PS Emails rarely get answered promptly or atall.

Negotiations started before the termination of the 3 month period in which Eli Lilly had to decide if they want the global licencing rights or not.

Come on, yesterday there were several people going to ring up, just lift your phones and ask, this is not difficult, why does it always fall to the same few who care enough to make contact. The same few then get all the abuse. If everyone would just lift the phone and ask you will get exactly the same answer and then we could stop with this stupid annoying pathetic discussion that I cannot believe is STILL going on.

I am sorry but just what part of that is not clear, did we see an RNS that I missed where we transitioned from the Eli Lilly 3month licencing option period to the Hemogenyx Licencing option period where they rejected the option? Something which would have had to be RNS'ed?

What wording would people prefer, because lets be clear, the RNS is a legal document they cannot say "We ARE taking the option to licence" until they are actually ready to sign as they dont know the terms, perhaps they should have used the phrase:

"Negotiations have commenced with Eli Lilly who have stated that at the conclusion of licencing negotiations it is their intent that global rights to CDX will rest under the global Eli Lilly brand pending discussions on how to take the product to clinical trials, either through direct licencing of the product as it stands or as part of a joint venture partnership or some other agreement between Eli Lilly and Hemogenyx....."

Seriously, some people here are driving me nuts, this is not bitcoin, its not masks.

Just over 3 months ago Eli entered into a 3 month period where the sole question was does Eli Lilly want to take the option to licence CDX from Hemogenyx.
If Eli lilly decided NOT to take the option and pursue a licencing agreement with Hemogenyx for CDX then that would be market sensitive information and would trigger the beginning of a 3 month period during which Hemogenyx would decide if it wants to pursue a licencing agreement with Eli Lilly. They have NOT RNS'ed that Eli have rejected the option but instead a few weeks ago the RNS stated that licencing talks were under way. I really am not sure how much clearer this can be folks, I said before I didnt expect a RNS on monday or last week with the phrase "Taken the option" I think I said I would be gobsmacked if that actual phrase was used. They take the option when they sign the licencing deal, not before.

There is nothing official in Tweets, its all in the RNS's and if you take the time to read them it should be blindingly obvious that licencing talks are ongoing, if you want to try and read it any other way or complain its not obvious enough then fair enough, feel free to invest in crypto or something.

As for when news will land, I have my suspicions as to what will land and when and as per usual I have zero intention of posting that guess here as it would only result in abuse. Read the RNS's make your own calls, make your own mind up. I will continue to hold my 4.5mil shares.

No idea if takeover or not is likely, I dont follow this share and I bought exactly 50 shares at 402 because it was such a significant drop no other reason. That said, for people discussing takeover, IF it happens the buyer would likely acquire up to the 30% limit on the open market at whatever price they can achieve, but for the actual takeover they would have to offer atleast £12.25 per share, this being the highest traded price in the preceding 12 months.

Pretty much all the RNS's except for price monitoring extension ones will have contact details at the end for BoD, brokers etc, phone numbers and email addresses. Good to see more people reaching out.

The herd is not sure what gate to use, they are in another field looking over the hedge not sure how to get in, just wait till the field moves to the main market :-)

If its a bed and ISA your already capped at £20k so cannot deposit the £5-£10 quid + 7p required to buy that share, added to which you would then buy at quote within the spread from a MM at 7.2p not 7.6p. And if you did decide to buy direct from market you would find that you are prevented from doing so as any of the DMA brokers I have use impose a limit of minimum £90 trade value on limit orders placed direct.

I'm guessing most of the recent sells are from the placing, not sure why, with the expanded target market and expansion this company has a significant upside in the next few months. HOWEVER that's not the reason to buy, the market lives cbd right now and it will take off when it is listed in the main market. Added to which the visibility coming from UFC. Its going to be massive, people who would never even try cbd will buy love hemp just because of the endorsements.
I'm not expecting a bag overnight here, I see a significant steady growth but greatly stunted while we remain on Aquis. Its temporary, the stock will move.

I have been frustrated for some time with the obsession over cdx at the expense of CAR-T, Imo car-t will be in clinical trials before cdx and be much more important to hemo than cdx over the next 12 months. Previous agreements signed by Penn can be found and they have been truly transformational to the smaller pharma.
