One month they announce delay in CLN repayments then the next they trigger the conditions to allow an accelerator?? Having just reduced the maximum conversion price? Having released really poor results?

Wise up, don't worry about hemo, and don't expect to be spoon fed what's gonna happen here because nobody here wants to encourage you to buy back. Stick with Avacta, I'd get buying because we both know that accelerator is gonna be hit soon and that means heavily discounted conversion or placing.

You accused a recent placee of converting and selling his warrants. I believe someone has already said in here *(weeks ago because this did happen ages ago) that the warrant conversion was purely to inject cash into the company. IF that is correct then post shares being admitted there should be a TR1 which again was stated on LSE by someone connected to the warrant holder. So far everything they have said has been true so again, I would prepare a retraction and have it ready if there is such an update next week.

If people cannot recognise that Hemogenyx have changed direction in terms of funding and shareholder backing then thats on them. BBB I can almost guarantee you Vlad will have been receiving calls for months from the likes of Peterhouse, SP Angel and the like who done the placings before we got involved. I am guessing, but I am 99% certain this will have have happened, ofcourse they will have tried. Has anyone seen an RNS for a discount placing?

Is anyone questioning that I have spoken with most of the recent people who invested in the company?

Is anyone doubting that those people still hold considerable (Millions) holdings in the company?

Does anyone believe that any of us are going to just sit back and say "Hey Vlad, if in future you need money just head back to Peterhouse and slam us with some old fashioned peterhouse specials"?

When the recent batch of shareholders got involved here they did so for the long term funding of Hemogenyx IF REQUIRED. How is this not common sense?

I fully expect ALOT of positive updates in the very near future. And I expect BP to step in hopefully in the very near future to take over funding requirements, but until that happens? Vlad is not going back to the old ways of working and at some point people will accept that.

Can I also point out that the individual who converted those warrants agreed to buy in to the placing when the share price was like £1.50-1.60. Neither the shares nor warrants were in profit when he put his money in, thay happened AFTER as a consequence.

Lostapound, maybe hold that thought and prepare a retraction for next week.

Pumpkin also appears unable to differentiate between a sell and a buy. For the record there was one of each.

JRDC thats just not true, maybe it is true for a company like Vodafone or BP but with a small cap like Hemogenyx? Ofcourse an individual can impact the price. Does the price change because they post? No but there are plenty of individuals who post ASWELL as trading the stock and its not rocket science. We have 5 market makers, the normal block size is 300 shares. Someone wants to manipulate the share and they go put in limit orders of 300 shares at the same prices as the MM and they can knock them out and move the SP up or down. And yes plenty of people do it and yes its pretty easy. The issue is your selling shares at the very lowest or buying at the top so to actually be successful doing this you need to convince others to trade in the same direction. Which is why when people do go short or sell OR buy and knock out MMs you will see lots of A trades and 100s of posts from the same people over and over again.

Others like me posting? Like MrI or Ricky etc? 100% ZERO impact because we just post, but there ARE individuals who Post AND use manipulative trading, is it the posts that affect the SP? No, but its directly correlated.

Transfer started in the summer, 6 months ago, they were already using G-REX and, but sure, add on another 3-4 months.

IF Vlad raises exactly £5.6m in 2 months time having mentioned that figure in the prospectus then its been agreed already and is waiting for a milestone like P4 or C1. And if thats the case then happy days! If Vlad raises money traditionally via the market? Then it wont be £5.6m and it will probably be from the same pool of investors at extremely good terms yet again. And no, I dont believe Made are getting 1.1m, I do believe the FCA needed a reason for the money in the prospectus to authorise it and that is just an easy explination.

My bet is the second option, NP has admins on speeddial *(Assuming he is not on the payroll....)

Alde, I SIGNIFICANTLY underestimated how many warrants would be sold and converted, never in my wildest dreams did I expect them all to be convereted in one go, half a million warrants gone in one swoop?

Saint, in fairness the drop was due largely to 100s of thousands of cheap warrants being sold

Pumpkin, currently RR AML Patients who are fit enough would endure rounds of chemo and finally Stem Cell transplant with lots and lots of in hospital care, leading likely to relapse, hospice care and end of life treatment. You are talking alot of money. Or the patient is not fit enough for BMT and you into months of chemo followed by pallative care which again is 100s of thousands. Either way, today, patients with RR AML cost ALOT of money to the NHS. So yes, when approved its very likely that HG-CT-1 would be comparatave if not cheaper than current standard of care and available to a wider pool of patients also.
