It's now mid November, it didn't work in September, it didn't work in October and it's not working now. No BS, your pretty much out of time, but we appreciate the effort.

Wall after wall of text not once mentioning Hemogenyx? It's obvious who is confident and who is nervous here. I will finish with these simple words. Nothing you post here will convince me or anyone I know to sell a single share, you are wasting your time.

Bottom line? We dont care :P Truly, we dont care what you make or lose elsewhere. We care that its taken a few months longer than we wanted to get to P4 and the child but while we care we are not going to just sell and go off and trade and come back in December.

I do love how with absolute conviction you tell us all what we are doing with our shares, total commitment to knowing who is selling and feel totally entitled to post your opinion as fact, but the second anyone calls you out as Justamantrading with your KDNC or UKOG you run off to LSE to get those posts removed and people banned. As I have said in the past and will say once more, I post because I care, because I am a shareholder and I want to protect my investment. I want the share price to go up so that the company does well and yes I make money in the end. I think most people on here who post are the same, we post to protect and support our investment because we want our investment to grow, seems like common sense.

So why do some people spend sooooo much time trying to bury our posts? Why do they care about hiding our optimism?

Boys and girls it is real, they are scared and HATE that Hemogenyx are doing well.

And whats fantstic for every single person reading right now? Go and check their profiles, try and find them bashing the science, they have not recently, sure they used to say it was fake, the trial would never start, the FDA would never approve, everyone gets past 2 weeks, they are probably dead, CBR is fake, all the usual. They USED to say this. Now? They would be directly contradicting the FDA, government agencys so they shifted and in September/October it was solid effort to shift the narrative to DELAY!!!! Trying to encourage others to trade out. November now... not such an attractive option so we are back to the good ole faithful:

DISCLAIMER - This should not be taken as a Pump/Ramp/FleecingAttempt/Distraction or any other sort of description. Yet ANOTHER example of a CAR-T being licenced in early stages and NOT me stating there will be a Licence deal in the next X period of time for HG-CT-1. Safe to short or simply trade down. This is a FACT, neither hype nor ramp, just a realistic statement of the SP behaviour in the past 2 months. If I am correct there will be in the next week or so an RNS for warrant conversion and I am certain this will happen, Jacknife (Mate of TW has confirmed this)

I have ZERO doubts that the likes of "NotPosting" and others do harass perhaps Vlad but certainly the brokers, ofcourse they do, we are talking big money stakes and they want an advantage. They knew next patient injection would be a few months away as it relied on the Made transfer. In september it was definatly a few months away but those months have been ticking down giving them that window to trade with the safety net of the overhanging warrants being sold.

The problem?

Most LTHers are not traders, we accepted it may be a few months and? Yea. Thats it, nothing, there was no big sell off, no dump no panic in September, no panic and dumping in October, now in November? No panic or dumping because we may have to wait another few weeks or maybe even to January for the next injection now. THATS a problem, they have been trying very very hard to pursudade us we may have to wait and maybe we do have to wait for the next injection? So what? We have waited 8 years and they thought a month or two would suddenly have us rushing to the exit now? Seriously?

Problem 2.... That safety net? That overhang of warrants that went drip drip? Oh no... they seem to have run out, coincindently just as headroom is about to be available to convert and that will even more overhang gone for good.

Problem 3.... Funding - No injections means very little cash burn, with the significant reductions in cash burn Vlad is not running to Peterhouse and knows he can just ask the same pool of investors if he did need another month or two covered *(he has not)

Problem 4.... News - Twitchy bum time now fellas, you know about Made transfer, you know we will likey have an RNS when thats complete, but what about CDX or CBR or Estonia, do you know the deadlines there?.... Tick tock boys!

Costs of manufacture are significantly lower than what you have provided, it DID cost that much when Vlad decided to build a GMP certified lab, the reason he did so was the high cost of manufacture. Thanks to political events in the last year manufacturing capacity now significantly exceeds demand meaning the cost per head is significantly reduced and it cheaper to pay Made than DIY. If you want the exact number go and ring Made. You then go on to make a sweeping claim that the PLC and "other costs" are 250k on top of this, its certainly not free to run a company but with a very very significantly reduced head count and I think he mentioned subletting of the lab in the interviews? Along side other cost cutting measures if your relying on Vlad going back to retail placings to fund Hemo so your buddies at Peterhouse can give you the nod before they start dumping borrowed stock for a discount placing then I am sorry.

They are gone, done, over with. If Vlad needs money he will ask and it will be provided on the most favourable terms possible from investors who have ZERO interest in shorting/dumping/trolling.

You are trying very very hard, and god loves a trier, but your trying to almost will Vlad into doing Peterhouse Specials again, and from the very bottom of my heart I am telling you THEY ARE DONE.

You only have to look at the trades today and see the sheer number of A trades and the time span and its pretty damn obvious its 1 or 2 traders having another go. At the same time I noted a drop in the short position, its pretty obvious that traders want to trade and its also pretty obvious to everyone that the sheer level of shorts open is a massive oppertunity for a short squeeze, ESPECIALLY to those short, and either same person or not its irrelevant the shorts reduced this morning with those A trades taking out MMs and marking the SP down.

And I dont care if you dont like this or you dont agree or want to spend all day ranting and raving. There are X numbers of shares and Y numbers of warrants. Vlad is not desperate and WE will make sure he is sorted IF he needs cash. IF.

If someone wants to own x% of a company about to start paediatric treatments in AML or trials in estonia then they can buy now or wait for the injecctions, wait for the trials to start, wait for updates on CBR/CDX etc.

Alde I know EXACTLY why your panicking now, I also know your window is MUCH smaller than you think.

Funny how the placing we did resulted in subsequent significant rise in SP, ADDITONAL raise at £5 with NO warrants AND the conversion of lots of pre issued warrants of which I had ZERO connection injecting cash and reducing overhang with £3.50 warrants being executed shortly after the placing at a time when the SP was £1.40. You do see the contradiction here right? Your critisising ONLY the placings I was in and not the ones before with Singer etc and the 40% discount, they were not bad, tehy were not greedy or caused unnecessary dilution. But the Placing I was in that caused the SP to move up 10 fold? That one that allowed previous unrelated warrant holders to convert and inject cash at a premium, that placing you have an issue with.
