RE ASH submission - I personally have ZERO clue if they will submit or not, be accepted or not if they do. I do know if they are then its game over, Vlad will be breaking out the ninja moves to keep away the CEOs with cheque books.

Hemogenyx have a bucket list of potential updates, if people want to trade on that then you go and fill your boots and bless your cotton socks, we will stay here and pray that you get locked out.

At £50m Hemogenyx is valued like that new porche sitting in the auction lot with a tarp over it, no idea if it is a beat up 1980s fiesta with no keys or engine. The market is starting to get some clues and the flash of alloys etc and people are getting interested. But bottom line? Stock is limited, its getting more and more expensive and its not going to get LESS appealing as we move forward. So yes, by all means trade, sell and trade some dogs with the intention of getting back in here. But have some bloody manners when you do and dont moan or try and deramp when your plans dont go perfectly to plan and you face the prospect of sitting out or buying back higher.

When you consider the current standard of care is poison followed by extremely risky bone marrow transplant this is a pretty big bloody statement.

I do not agree RE communication and Q&A with shareholders AT THIS TIME.... For several factors:

I have seen Vlad in a Zoom and photos, he has one head, 2 arms and 2 legs, thats literally it! Over the space of the next few weeks and recent weeks he has god knows how many confrences, probably has to visit Made to oversee production or training of some sort, likely has to visit MD Anderson for launch of the trial, probably has to be involved in this BDSM review, I guess IF there is an Ash submission as sponsor he would have to review it and I assume he would want to visit Estonia?

He has laid off most of his staff to cut costs to a minimum but you would agree with me that all of the above will require his attention?

On top of that? In past years he did try PR/Interviews/Get SPA to release notes etc, tried to promote the stock and do placings and teh SP only ever fell. Recently he has stuck to the science and The SP is going up and nobody feels comfortable to trade because we dont know what will land when, trading only ever benifits the trader and brokers, its not good for the company. Feeding traders with timeline and data points with which to trade is counter productive TO THE COMPANY. We LTHers know enough, we dont know exactly when but we know enough to not want to even consider trading, if you were Vlad would you not think thats a pretty good place to be?

I am a shareholder, I have a decent holding, I have the ear of over 50% of share "holders" if that makes sense, we want to see progress, we want to see RNSs showing start of the trials, we want to see the launch of this estonia thing. And yea.... That is getting fed back to Vlad.

And I am sorry we disagree, but none of us are pushing him for interviews or Q&A or articles or fluff pieces.... Not one person from my circle has asked him for another interview recently, Vlad is hearing from his shareholders that we are happy and content, he is under ZERO pressure to release updates that can be used by traders to plan their trades.

I appreciate thats completely opposite to what you want but it does not change the fact that this is the situation, black and white today. We the majority shareholders want a chinese wall around any news until it hits as a red dot. I trust you can appreciate how as a LTHer this makes sense and gives ME as a shareholder the greatest chance of maximum return? I am not a charity, I want to make retirement money here, I want minimal dilution, I want toxic warrant holders drained, I want traders out when news lands, I want maximum short positions open so when news lands they cannot borrow more and suffer margin calls. This is not a game, I am not an idiot, the long play wins here. Watch.

I actually want to take this one step further to demonstrate to everyone else how Vlad has handled the recent events absolutely perfectly.

When the re-rate started and it was just announced Aldebaran was rightly critical of the number of warrants in play, at that point not trusting any warrant holders and saying they would be an encumbrance on the share price. This is true, however the re-rate initially was so swift and significant that one warrant holder was able to completely offload his 250k warrants and inject £450,000 into the company. Another was able to offload 67k warrants and inject ANOTHER £235,799 into Hemogenyx. Had the company spoken immediately with SP Angel or Peterhouse then their army of traders would have flocked to their brokers to forward sell and short as if their lives depended on it.

What then? Well the Placee who subscribed for ANOTHER £620k AT A PREMIUM would not have done so and with everyone else selling there is zero chance the warrant holders would have been able to clear their 317k warrants. Thats 1.9 million of funding that would never have materialised from warrants and CLN, we would have had MORE dilution and there would be an additional 317k warrants still hanging over us.

FURTHER more, in the past weeks its become obvious that we have a warrant seller in the background, probably Mr 40%, forward selling EVEN MORE warrants reducing that overhang even further, I am confident in 2-3 weeks there will be an RNS for warrant conversion when the headroom is available and we will see ANOTHER 400k+ Cash injection into Hemo and even fewer warrants remaining over us.

MEANWHILE.... Vlad has:

got paediatric expansion - In the USA this is the master key to access grants

Slashed his overheads to under £250k a month meaning even that warrant conversion I expect in November is almost 2 months

Went and started negotiating a DIRECT TO MARKET commercialisation pipeline in Estonia where he can actually be paid for his HG-CT-1.

Lets be REALLLLLLY clear here, What Vlad has done in the past 2 months is by far one of the most dramatic turn arounds in recent years in LSE, he has played this situation to perfection, NONE Of us have any right to try and back seat drive what he SHOULD have done because what he has done has put Hemogenyx and US as shareholders in a position many of us thought was never going to happen 3 months ago. Where we sit now? With the news we expect and the cash position with lack of debt, cash in the bank, 100% ownership of everything??????????? Hand on heart I do not know whats coming but I am more than capable of looking at the last half dozen RNSs and using some common sense to know that something is due pretty damn soon. The 40% warrant holder having finished before news is probably the biggest gift we could have received as its going to be very hard to supress any future rises without a pool of free shares to pull from. *(There is 2 other warrant holders who I dont know their intentions)

Saint, as a Hemogenyx shareholder you know the damage CLNs did to us here and it lasted long past they were gone. At the time? We were convinced they were a good idea, promised the holders would hold, it was access to the millions needed for the next X years. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I understand your a shareholder there but even you must appreciate that a big chunk of Hemo shareholders point black would never touch Avacta because of the CLNs in play there. And yes, CLNs have been used twice in Hemogenyx this year, but both were for a fixed price on a fixed date to get around the 20% rule and non adjustable so not the same thing.

Point blank until they get rid of the CLN they will never see the kind of returns likely here, the maths don't math.

Hemogenyx will have much much wilder swings because of the low mCap, but we will end up higher eventually because we are leapfrogging Avcta in terms of clinical progress in spite of your protests against it.

Limit orders work here as Mr 40% clears his £3.50 warrants, but how many are left? If any.....
