The only thing a hostile takeover attempt would achieve would be to drive the SP through the roof as the party would struggle to secure the 30% necessary to trigger the bid. They would fail to do so there is not 30% in free float available to them (I am pretty confident where about 40% is held) so seriously, this is not something to fear, let someone try all they will achieve is an mCap 10 times north of here.

Are you being serious? Historically vlad has "ramped" as you call it when he needed to do placings as advised by his experts in SP Angel and Peterhouse. Avacta have no choice but to ramp and pump, they have death spiral financing hanging over them if ANYTHING goes wrong.

What I want? I want to hold Hemo and get on with my life safe in the knowledge of what's coming. YOU want him to spoon feed timelines so you can trade.

I assume thats an annual percentage which looks high, 22% or something? but over the year thats only like 1-2% per month which is not bad for short term its less than a credit card %. Is that a % of the money they invested or the value of the borrowed stock at the time of borrow or a % of current value? Basically wondering how much it actually costs them to be short in money terms per day if possible?

Its getting alot easier to ignore them the less impact they have, higher mCap, increased volumes and many many more people actually reading the RNSs and doing their own research makes me alot less keen to engage with them. IMO their hearts are not really in it any more either because they just cannot influence the SP like they used too, the volumes here used to be low enough that you could move the SP with a modest pot but recently people have bought or dumped 100ks worth and had zero impact. Its a great feeling knowing that the shorter does not always win, not with Hemogenyx anyway :-)

MD Anderson filed the IND submission so its very unlikely their IRB will have any issues. Same as Cohort 2, its going to be a rubber stamp... but when does that board meet? Its been weeks so again we are flying blind we do not know and neither do the trolls :-)

The biggest risk to those who are simply not "in" has to be Estonia. Estonia is like that Zombie card that trumps all else on the board, when played it cuts off the good ole funding cards, it knocks on its bottom questions about slow trials in the USA and it destroys arguments about not working. True its a LOI and not a binding contract, BUT we dont invest in certainty we invest in the hope that some of these potentials deliver. Cellin have chosen to partner up with Hemogenyx to bring HG-CT-1 to patients in Estonia pretty much locking up the CAR-T bandwidth for the immediate future. They are small with a tiny turnover and this would be a major boost for them, it is also a key target of their government to become a centre of excellence. So will everyone move slowly like in the USA or will they move at a fast reduced regulation pace? We will find out.

There are no certainties but there are ALOT of irons in the fire here. DO NOT let rage baiting over personalities or poor grammar or spellings distract from this :-)

Hemogenyx has been significantly undervalued for a very very long time as traders and market games held it down and only recently its been allowed to break free and attract the attention it deserves. Plenty of people hate that, plenty of people WANT to put the genie back in the bottle and drag it down 90% so that they and others can easily manipulate it again. But that is impossible, there are too many people looking now, I dont have a clue what the hell happened yesterday but we finished blue after lots and lots of 20k sells? Ask yourself how on earth that was possible because those shares had to go somewhere, its clear there are buyers happy to take what they can get.

If HG-CT-1 is working and it's available for £300k in Europe and your dying of RR AML would you not seek it out? It's not a ramp it's a serious question.
