RE: No one invests that much without knowing the details ....12 Jan 2026 11:03
Losta, I gave up after a few pages :P
Pumpkin, there is nobody on here holding a gun to anyones head, its funny you dedicate so much time trolling a share when deep in your heart you must realise that in the end you look like a tool?
I can 100% guarantee you that the recent TR1 did not stumble across LSE, find the writings of MrI and JHFH and decide! I know! This is the company to pile my millions in!!!
At some point MAYBE you will consider that actually? Hemogenyx is massively undervalued, perhaps a CAR-T that APPEARS to work against RR AML might be worth multiples of the mCap currently at 30m and MAYBE this is actually a good investment? No? Na, carry on the trolling.
I will not now or ever defend the issues of the past, it was and has always been = FUNDING.
Hemogenyx for years relied on Peterhouse, forward selling rinse and repeat shorted placings. Then came SP Angel, fresh pool of investors same results, forward selling, short to suppress, discount placing. Lets not forget Mint, toxic debt with forward sold and shorted tranches pre conversion at ever discounted rates. And then YEARS of pain exiting that trap led to millions of shares in the hands of traders and toxic holders. Then? More placings, massive discounts and tonnes of warrants into the hands of the market makers and brokers and predatory lenders looking to lock in future profit exposure while keeping Hemo JUST above water.
Its obvious to some of us, but SOME people simply dont want to accept the fact that ^ is over.
Discount placings, toxic debt, stacks of cheap predatory warrants in the hands of market makers? OVER. In the past 4-5 months we have seen money raised at premiums, we have seen millions worth of warrants convered and dumped by the predatory holders, we have seen TR1s and an accumulation of stock by a pretty close net group of shareholders.
Pumpkin, Losta, you dont have to agree or like it but the truth is Hemogenyx are NOT THE SAME COMPANY as 12 months ago, they are on strong financial footing now, they DO have backers willing to step up if called upon. They have patients approaching the 12 month period and a pipeline that IF successful is worth billions. And the mCap is 30m. In the end WE the LTH will win here, as I said, you dont have to agree or like it, all you have to do is wait.
