I thought drill costs were c$250/m so £750k will cover one drill each into the 16000s target, the feeder zone and a 2000m drill into GRS.

Ella's "contract" suggestion is interesting, did Mindea have a choice to accept shares and/or cash? bearing in mind their knowledge on previous drills.

They can buy it once KAV gets a reverse circulation flow rig in place and have drilled 50 holes and created a valuable JORC reserve. It was good to hear that 80% of the field teams were working on KCB so perhaps they'll start drilling this year?

The dolerite intrusive is igneous i.e. molten rock rising up and this could be a source on mineralisation.

We're looking for igneous, mafic rock not sedimentary

Ella: the original geological model (Area A) assumed mineralisation would occur in the Karoo age gabro hence the first hole had limited depth. We've not had definitive results but I don't think they found much but the second hole was much deeper into the older Proterozoic where they found chromite, copper and nickel. Visually it was a nice surprise although they've not disclosed the assay results. I suspect they're rewriting the geological models with these results and fingers crossed.

Its now day 12 on DITDD003 (structure i10) with a TD of 400m and depending on drill conditions they should be close to finishing the hole.

The selling is often in pairs within a few seconds of each other so guess its the same person. The million sell is more unusual possibly the same person.

POW shares are up on the same news

POW up 5% and KAV down 3% on exactly the same news. POW had more volume even factoring in the share prices , KAV buys outnumbered sells but it felt like the MM was determined to mark KAV down.

At the current rate of drilling they should hit carbonatites Wed.

What they need are slam dunk results, not fishing trips, not "interesting" but bankable wins, that means a 400-500m drill with NFUs into the 16000s

GRS (the gravity anomaly) is a different rig probably with a 2000m rating
