Is i8 targeting base metals or REE?

Re IPOs; can't see the logic of POW retaining 35% stakes because its very difficult for POW to sell the stake down without collapsing the share price. This is classic conglomerate where the total is worth less than the sum of the parts, conclusion give the IPO shares to investors and let them decide when to realise.

Need to watch the video again, was there a slight smile as BT starting talking about this? The top of the intrusive wasn't massively deep so it's encouraging if they're continuing the drill, a bit like Tad2 in KSZ

Inflation is good for gold but rising interest rates is bad for gold (and the Fed/WS hates gold because it interferes in their shenanigans) so baring a black swan like a nuke going off in UKR, its not entirely clear where gold is going.

The main thing to look for is pyrite (crystalline/metallic/golden looking), most often chalcopyrite (copper) but can also be indicative of gold and PGE. The core has loads of fractures and pyrite looking material hence the priority assays.

Metalhead: POW have published a great set of core photos from i10 , some have been posted on Twitter already but others look new. Quite difficult to see any core photos on KAV's website (hint Ben if you're reading this)

Re Ditau, are you sure as its unlike Turney & Johnson not to be shouting from the rooftop.

Which drill is it? target depth?

At the start of the Ditau campaign one of them said along the lines of...it won't be until the third hole that we'll know if we're onto something. Here we are and there's radio silence on Ditau.

The Q&A on the video partly answers the question, PIs were asking about lower hanging fruit; Ditau, KSZ Tad2 & B1, KCB, all valid questions all focussed on value events.

It was pleasing to hear they’ll publish a strategy for KSZ. BT spoke about phase 2 target acquisition and then phase 3 drilling for mineralisation and I just hope they can start this year.

KCB = "third quarter" i.e. 30th Sept, on the call BT asks Bret Grist (?) who spend 3 minutes waffling before giving the answer.

B1 = TBC, BT has repeatedly said its a priority but won't commit. I suggested on Twitter some time ago this should be Aug straight after Ditau but they obviously have other plans.

Certainly I could be wrong re partner but I remember thinking surely BT had got the partner size the wrong way round.

The audio isn’t available at the moment but I thought BT said they were looking for a smaller company to partner with. That seems counterintuitive because it’s going to be very expensive to drill and then develope so perhaps BT was referring to another part of the KSZ.

BT is making odd noises on next steps for KSZ, they want to open up another front in KSZ south which is very remote but Proterozoic is shallower which means much cheaper to develop and mine so lower grades might be commercial. GRS will be heavily dependent on grades/mix. You might think B1 and Area A follow up drills would be no brainers but again BT is making no promises and I don’t know why BT is hesitant.

The general consensus is that XRF isn’t good for REE & PGE although the manufacturers say otherwise. But yes they’ve found something valuable.

The odd thing is KAV’s original coms were fairly conservative, then they put a lot more photos online and now they are expediting assays so it’s becoming more exciting.

Re Ditau: they are rushing assays through 6-8 weeks (but the labs are busy) because they want the results before the end of the current drilling campaign, ie they may do additional drills.

KAV are behaving like AIM but are actually main market LSE so we should expect higher standards. The release of price sensitive information just one example. The Board makeup is pretty dodgy, they all look to be insiders possibly with the exception of the Chairman, I asked who the senior independent non exc director was and no response. Technically they’ll say small companies don’t need it so what do you do, challenge via Twitter.

Is there a single KSZ model when they’ve found 2 different mineralisation styles and suspect GRS is a third style?

GRS IOCG whilst important is a bit of a smokescreen. WTF are the results for Area A, & Area B ?

We can't even get a drill plan for the rest of the year.

This is fine if KAV's SP is >15p but its too much dilution at current levels and we don't have the cash.

Have we found any of the C or G in IOCG yet or is this a theory based on magnetite?
