I would say that it's quite possible that things could go that way, after all the Ukrainian army will have their dander up and feel sum what invincible. What could limit it in that case is the willingness of the west to continue supplying weapons. In a way possibly a test of how much the west really wants peace.

NLMK down 20.7% on the year and are trading.
Evraz down 85% on the year and not trading. (Soon to be though).
Is your proposition that Evraz will move up to a more level valuation to the other companies? Because if so, that would be a 1400 minus 21% or so price. Making it a 1106 approximate price, do you agree?

That's true, Evraz is a London based company. No doubt her influence affects (as does a tennis match or lunch with johnson) government decisions, just as in Track and trace contracts, PPE procurement and Covid testing work. So why the witch hunt over Evraz? It's simply double standards. Just imagine if Corbyn had done 1% of this, the daily mail would explode!

Like most if not all here, I'm in no position to judge the "Goodness" of Mr Abramovich, if his actions could help in any way that's fantastic for the chance of ending the bloodshed. In a world full of double standards (Mr Sunak) I just wonder how much owning a football club, mixing (as much as any billionaire would) with ordinary people could have changed him? Being a hero is possibly quite addictive, (as is living the high life in the west) be it for Chelsea or for peace. Good luck to him.

Why can you see that?
Most would say (I imagine) that paying the full divi would build confidence in the company, as all was normal, causing the share price would rise, any further borrowings (not required) would be easier and probably cheaper due to growth in company valuation. Not to mention the management would benefit also!

Interactive Investor also trades Poly. Been buying small lots of 2k to 5k with them for the last few days. Market buys can either go through instantly or take up to ten minutes depending on conditions at the time, and the spread can be quite wide as we are all seeing. Not sure that they are the cheapest though with a £9.99 per month subscription and £7.99 trading fee.
