These prices are at or around 1 Jan of each year. Assuming that at best you bought at low that would make an average price of around 1150p. If more were bought at 2017 year slightly lower. Taking dividends into account 20% based on the earlier prices. 1150 -50% for compounded divs (a wild guess) gives a price of app £6 to £7 Therefore loss per share £5 each, on 95K shares long equals £500K.
Anybody like to check my logic?

I would also ask the question.. Are they likely to be dumped? It's one thing to make a statement, quite another to follow through with potentially an 80% loss.

I very much doubt is. One would expect other hard commodities also to rise in price accordingly esp. silver, and platinum. Can't see that happening, taken as a whole, there is just too much of it around. People are using it as a hedge or safe haven, if it gets too expensive, people/nations will use something else.

It is simply the tories trying to seem like they are acting tough on russ1a to get themselves off the hook. Evraz is an unfortunate bystander. I'm not saying that it is impossible that 'agent's use legit companies as cover, but the tories have raised them to The House of Lords! What extra help do they need?

I agree completely. This is ONE man's war, and one man only. I feel sorry for the dead on both sides, the Ukrainian but also in a way the poor young russian soldiers, who I believe had no idea what they were being asked to do or what was going to happen. Remember the russ1an ship that in the end did not harm the Ukrainian force on "Snake" island? They, a week or so later were killed by Ukrainian rockets it seems. There are no winners in this. The only side to take is one of peace.

A few pennies compared to trumps loans, remember you russ1an apologist, that even Don jr said that they have no problems raising loans, they get it all from russ1a! As you well know, computers in trumps offices were directly connected to the kremlin, and many phone calls were held between trump and put1n with the ONLY other person present being Lavrov, the russ1an ambassador.
