Paul, speaking for myself I feel better about it than last night. Nothing yesterday undermined my confidence in my investment, I was simply a bit ****ed off (please complete as you feel fit ) with a feeling that I had been mislead. Yes the information that annoyed us was in the accounts, provided you are an accountant. But if AAU are relying on all investors to be accountants then they have a relatively small prospective investor base. Why make such a big thing, presentation after presentation, about the repayment schedule of one debt but somehow conveniently forgetting the other - even though in magnitude they aren't really that far apart.
The companys prospects are good, I think Tavsan is moving now and to me that is crucial. One thing I did take yesterday, which others may have also noticed but not mentioned, is the answer to the question about using the Kiziltepe facility as a 'plant for hire'. To my shame I thought that was a pointless question, and I apologise to the questioner, because for the next decade it will hopefully be fully utilised for JV ore. But it teased out information from Dr S - he said that there are lots of small deposits in truckable distances for which it will not be economic for current owners to build a plant. He seem to leave the door open to acquiring such assets on the cheap to process, of course, at Kiziltepe. The impression (maybe optimistic) I got was that Kiziltepe could be a functioning plant for a lot longer than we think.
I also got a fairly explicit confirmation that Kizilcukur will end up in the JV, presumably at 3x. That one disappoints me but I guess I have to live with it. He didn't field my Kizilcukur question really though I suppose it may appear in the Q&A that was promised.
