Must admit not a big fan of late RNS'. Imo it has been known the CMD wouldn't take place for days. Same as the huge surprise today about the delay of the Olympics till 2021. Not. Why not write off the 2020 F1 season while they are at it?

Hi, I suspect that the world will be so busy getting back on its feet economically after this virus passes that 'how green we are' takes more of a back seat. The push for electric cars may be more muted and targets put back, fuelled by very cheap oil that will make delay justifiable in the resulting financial chaos. However I still believe in the logic of investing in BCN and will continue to hold, even though the demand for its products may be longer term than I had hoped. Hope everyone's well, just off on my bike (seriously) to attempt to find bread and milk!

Prince, I know this company very, very well. The repayment of the loan is not news, its been known about for the last 2 years and with healthy production and PoG last quarter they would have been a riot if the news had been any different.
Anyway, I have done the decent thing and bought back 150k @ 1.99p, reversing a sale just less than 30 days ago (yep, its CGT time). I may continue buying, but cant imagine approaching my previous holding of 14m again - that was giving me sleepless nights!

I did expect that guidance would be down for this calendar year, and did suggest that some restraint would be shown in 2019 to 'smooth' the transition and manage investors expectations. Probably wasn't expecting quite that much of a drop to 18,000 oz compared to last years guidance of 25000oz!
