In the last investors presentation in Dec under the CYP2C19 progress section there is this bullet point:

I think North Bristol NHS Trust is the largest stroke centre in England so watch out for some news on this soon - this would be big as others would inevitably follow suit. The point in the presentation was very clear and direct in its intention of a big sale expected soon.

We also may have news of the first sales to large NHS stroke centres in advance of the NHSE pilot concluding.

Excellent news, the roll out continues and new staff being added to support this. Hopefully specialist commissioning conformation soon!

Thanks Jimi. Yes the point of the pilot is to inform future commissioning and the lead partner is very clear that POC is not an inferior option to Lab and in fact has a wider range.

GloriaMarket - there is no lab test available for the genetic hearing loss test so of course they will need to use POC test throughout Scotland!

Stocksaint - I agree yours and anyone else's opinion can only be speculation and your interpretation of the publicly available information. The only opinion therefore that can be relied on is those people working at the company and for me they expressed their opinion about the short, medium and long term prospects of the company in their collective share purchases in December. To suggest they did this to prop up the share price is for the birds , they did it because they believe that their investment will increase as they have visibility of what's going on behind the scenes that none of us have.

Within a week? The Genedrive test gives results within 2 hrs. What would patients and clinicians prefer? Um I wonder...
