They will have a pipeline of European / UAE customers that will be progressed as soon as CE IVD is confirmed . This is an exciting imminent development and as they have been so explicit on the date of confirmation (April) we should hear in the next few working days.

Hi Stephen. No they are not according to Wallbrook. They are too busy on the commercialisation journey and believe they have provided investors with all the info we need in the recent half year report.

There is some positive news flow expected before the end of April so yes a big chance of a significant re-rate very very soon.

The pattern is the same as the last fundraise at 1.5p....it went down to 1.46p but a few weeks later was over 4p. There is a lot of positive news due in April/May so I for one am hopeful we will see a repeat of last year.

At these levels I think it's vulnerable to a cheeky bid?

Directors are not obliged to buy into any retail offer. I have no clue as to why they didn't, I can only assume it was such a small raise they wanted to give private investors as much chance to buy as many as they wanted.

EC - I get all that and thats their job to commercialise the tests but its a fundamental role of a CEX/CFO to engage with their shareholders esp when they keep asking for more money via dilutive fundraises.

Agreed Stephen and Lionely it's very poor not to hold a investors presentation and is incompatible with their stated desire in a Dec RNS of wanting to engage with the shareholder base more. I have therefore emailed the Wallbrook Account manager a whole load of questions which I would have asked in the investor presentation so let's see if I get any answers.

They can't take it private unless 75% of shareholders agree, which they won't.

Gloria. Last year there were 5 days between them announcing they had raised funds via the retail offer and the RNS confirming Directors took part so too early to say whether they did or didn't this time.

Probably means it's over subscribed??

Kevin...lets see if the Directors take part in the retail offer which closes at 5pm tonight i think.

Will be interesting to see if the Directors buy into this latest retail offer. We will know in the next 48 hrs!
