Exactly so if that's the case, the SP should be considerably higher in 5-6 months, than their purchase price on Friday. Smart move by the Board collectively.

Yesterday was great news and the clearest sign from those in the know that things are moving in the right direction. It does though mean that other than the AGM RNS, we won't have any more news in 2024 but the purchases yesterday does not preclude sales updates etc early in the new year. Very exciting times ahead and the investment the Directors made yesterday will in a few months prove to be very astute!

Stephen11, I hope tou are right re Scotland but does it though mean that all these Directors purchases today mean no news can be due soon (insider knowledge etc)? I don't know the legalities around this etc.

Also would suggest no fundraise anytime soon?

In the July RNS on the final NICE recommendation for the stroke test, there was the following statement:

Whilst positioned primarily for enabling near-patient testing, the Genedrive® System is also suitable for traditional laboratory testing paradigms as a more affordable alternative to laboratory platforms where sample throughput requirements do not necessitate high-scale batch processing.

JimiH - I share your optimism that news on the Scottish rollout is due imminently but do you think it will come this year or early next?

Thanks Lionel for 2 more great bits of research info. The future is very bright for the company and it feels like its going to be an exciting few weeks and months ahead. I am still hopeful we may have some news before Christmas on something.

A dilutitutive fundraise is not the only option available to the company if they wish to raise more funds next year as confirmed by both the CEX and CFO in this weeks presentation. Both confirmed they were exploring other options.

Tiger16 - there is plenty of new flow due in the next few weeks and before end of q1 2025:

- several other stroke centres due to implement CYP2C19 before the end of the pilot in April

- Implementation plans for the rollout of both tests in Scotland

- CYP2C19 ID Kit performance against laboratory platform

- CYP2C19 CE-IVD certification progress

- Commercial progress for both products domestically & internationally (news to be released when significant)

Could be a Director?

Gino also stated in the presentation that they are expecting sales of the stroke test ahead of the conclusion of the pilot so that means in q1.
