You post that the levit report is 3 years old. This may be so but in light of the Suppliers Plight (substituted for workers) and the discounting US scandal (ESG) Levit Report 2 is well overdue.

I assume the 30% discount now sought by BH applies when you secure the order and then start production. Reverting to you car purchase example, once you have secured the order ( with the 30% discount built in ) I assume the purchase terms ( especially price) cannot be subsequently changed prior to handover to Retailer's agent or is my assumption incorrect.

I sent a post earlier but doesn't now appear on the Board so the gist of it is as follows;

Relating to the car purchase example - you enter into a Boohoo contract to supply goods at a certain price. Then some time later Boohoo IMPOSE a 30% discount on the same contract and you must accept this discount as you can do little or nothing about it. If you fulfil the contract , deliver the goods when do you secure payment for your product.

I would appreciate very much if you would confirm if my understanding is correct.
