- a QC inquiry into working pay - conditions - corporate governance etc.

- majority of independent shareholders rejecting a Golden Circle proposal put forward by

BOD/some Key executives

- resignation of a top 4 Auditing firm pledging to have nothing again to do with the company

-resignation of 3 key executives "for reasons unknown"

- the sharp practice uncovered in the US.

Only conclusion one can come to is that workers- BOD/key exec - Shareholders are not on the singing from same hymn sheet.

very interesting report today on Ryanair from London brokers,Redburn. More optimistic than MOL who is conservative in his opinions.

Redburn see the SP potentially multiplying 3 times by 2026. Historically ryanair generated an average of €10 per head net income rising to €15 max. A/Line is targeting 225 million passengers by 2026 ,translating to a "floor" of of €2.3billion nett income and a top range of €3.4billion. Multiplying earnings by historic multiples "you get €34-51 per share fair value.

Redburn predicted Ryanair has considerable scope to increase fares as it's market share grows. Ryanair mkt share has increased from 15 to 19% as it has taken a substantial share in all it's major mkts,particularly Italy where it's share has increased from 26 to 36%.

I see the the Doomster is living up to his reputation as the biggest Jonah in the market as well as the worst adviser with the BIRG SP dropping from €10 to below €9 since his arrival 2 months ago. The Donkey and himself will make a riveting couple.

- The resignation of a Top 4 Auditing body from carrying out it's statutory duty with the intention of having nothing
further to do with such company. Were they replaced by a premier auditing firm ?
- executive resignations with a RNS relating to one being most unusually released after his departure.

AIB's interim statement reads much stronger than BIRG's -reflected in SP hardly falling as opposed to BIRG's almost 3.5% fall. AIB also ex div whereas BIRG not ex div until next week which throws additional 2% on BIRG sp fall.. Feel BIRG always present more conservative picture than AIB.
