how are you this beautiful monday morning with 21 degrees expected by mid day. If 1 is to judge by your tone the weather appears to have deteriorated sharply on the Island

As regards the Doomster, just pointing out he is proving yet again to be the world's No 1 worst tipster. His record has been so so abysmal the odds on repition must be 1000000 to 1, yet no better man than the Doomster to do so.

As alreaddy posted bought a few BH at 36 for an interest and will see how they do in run up to AGM. Might dip my feet in the water again if/when they go under 30p. How the "mighty" have fallen from 400p in a couple of years ! Probably having nightmares for not investing in BIRG at 1.32 when investing in BH at same time at 380p. would be looking at a 2000% turnaround. How could you repeat such a 20 bagger in a couple f years ?

What do you think of Abdullah's Sawar's comments on Boohoo hitting 14p ! Back in January you confidently posting BH breaking 60p and now trading at half that level !

dipped my shoes in the water buying 7730 bh at 36p.lets see what happens.

As of evening of 9/6 buy backs total 9,657,650 with a balance of 37,340,000 remaining. looks like a total buy back of c 13.5 mill.

do you see 30p this week whereupon easy 20% increases to 36% which to me would be much better bet.

probably depends on your tax position. Div subject to Income tax while SP appreciation subject to CGT, although can be subject to income tax if every day trading involved.Pension Fund wise both may be tax free.

per SWS EPS in 2023 to be 1.409 with earnings of 1.501Bn.. Assuming SWS are accurate ( EPS for 8 analysts range from 1.259 -1.8) a similar pay out ratio of 45% for 23 as 22 would result in payout of 675mill inclusive of buy backs. A similar split in 23 as 22 would result in Div of 405mill and 270 mill buy back equating to div of 38.5c approx. 41c div totals 433mill approx leaving 243mill for buy backs. Nobuy backs and you have a div of c 64c. all pure speculation.

No doubt, Doomster, but you are a half empty if not fully empty vessel.

.1.A negative mind set might think strikes may spread .So you believe strikes shall follow in Glasgow -Dublin -Manchester etc etc !!.

2.So travellers arriving in Heathrow shall shuttle across town to Stansted to continue their onward travels !!

3.IMO travellers going abroad ,especially to sunny summer europe, shall transfer their business to Stanstead for the benefit of Ryanair.

Perhaps you might educate the Board on what this has to do with Ryanair. Ryanair do not operate out of Heathrow !

I suppose that it should indirectly benefit Ryanair as more passengers decide to fly out of Stansted over the summer to avoid the Heathrow inconvenience and uncertainty.

Buy back figs are to 31 May -not 1 June.

On 19/4 BIRG stated its total voting rights = 1,070,326,651

share buy back commenced 9/5 and to 1/6 incl totalled 7,270,865 which should result in total voting rights of 1,063,055,786.

on i/6 BIRG stated total voting rights to be 1,064,494,301.

Total buy back to 1/6 = €65,802,924 leaving a balance of app €59,197,076.

But only 19% uplift from march sp levels.

Have 14 analysts ratings not put an average sp high of €14 -median of 12.70 and low of 11.70 odd on BIRG.

Looks like the buy back programme could hit 14 million.

Additional 1,887,662 shares bought back at 16,934,990 cost - total bought back=5,832,350 with cash balance of 71,805,000.

Daily buy back has increased in last couple of days with fall in SP.
