now carrying more passengers pa than IAG/Lufthansa and IAG/A france-KLM combined.Hard to believe they never required govt bail outs during or post covid unlike IAG-EJet- Wizz- A France - Lufhtansa- Norwegian A/L - in FACT every other A/L required a Govt Bail out. The Doomster is spreading his wings and extolling the virtues of BIRG as a buy. Considering he considered them a Basket case when they were 1.32 would be very interesting to hear from him what lessons he has learned to bring about the u turn. Only Intelligent explanations acceptable.
Seeing he has them down as a recommendation , mindful of his disastrous share tipping record, will now have to consider selling - after ex div date.

AIB have 2,618,753,655 shares in issue -mkt cap of 10.21 Billion - 54,674,818 bought back from state on 25April and cancelled.

Why the change in tune considering you wrote BIRG off when they were €1.32 and AIB were €0.80 !!!.

any possibility you might answer on Doomster's behalf - has there ever been a Public Company investigated by a QC relating to work practices - wage levels - conditions of employment -corporate governance.
If not, would this not entitle Boohoo to a place in the Guinness Book of Records.

Question for you - when was the last time a QC was instructed to investigate the administration of a Public Company relating to work practices, wage levels, conditions of employment and corporate governance. Does this entitle them to an entry in the Guinness Book of Records ?

Once holdings go above certain size (3%?) RNS must be issued by company whose shares have been acquired.
Can anyone explain why total voting no given as 1,069,056,556 on 12 April and 1,070,326,651 on 21 April - increase of 1,270,095 - or is this mistake on BIRG's part?

However, in my world I consider it a damned sight MORE UNACCEPTABLE to pay someone below the legal minimum wage and hence have no difficulty in calling out those responsible.

You are the one who publicised on this Board of MC announcing his departure 6 months earlier ,an event which warrants an RNS he being CFO and Executive Director. This was not done so the lies are on YOU.
I find it remarkable that the RNS was published AFTER HE HAD GONE. This is UNACCEPTABLE CORPORATE PRACTICE, REINFORCING THE ATTITUDE ADOPTED BY PwC. and pours fuel on the fire that the 3 Resignations were not harmonious
with greed to the fore. Adopting Criminology Parlance the circumstantial evidence proves the case.

He then comes up with the B/S that Kamani will continue to serve Boohoo with TLC having been denied access to the Golden Circle. He considers the Buying Director an insignificant individual, not being Managerial which of course she is, and responsible for the buying of the clothing stock - a huge cost input in such a business. Total and utter Plonker.
So after all the shenanigans we have a company called Boohoo associated with the following ;
1. A labour Force subject to unsociable hours and paid below the legal minimum wage.
2. A Managerial staff so disenchanted that it has led to the simultaneous resignations of 3 senior executives excluded
from the greed of a Golden Circle Scheme, the benefits of which are unparalleled in the corporate world.
3.A group of Independent Shareholders whose opinion doesn't count as their majority vote was ignored in GC Prop.
4. A group of Auditors from the Top 4 Group of Audit Cos who walked away from the Auditing responsibility vowing
never to tough the group with a barge pole- to be replaced with a firm from the Golden Pages.
T4S has the audacity to address us as trolls while everything stated ABOVE IS 100% FACT.
Perhaps sensible Investors should adopt the PwC attitude and not touch it with a barge pole.

T4S very selective in what stats he adopt - he forwarded an ONS link some days ago from which I quoted extracts namely 1.2% rise in Jan, 0.9% rise in February but then goes on to state a 3.5% fall in sales for the first 3 months vis a vis same 3 months of previous year.Lies,damn lies and Statistics. Even should sales be up x% that doesn't guarantee the %age increase attaches to Boohoo- the 16 May results shall be what matters and all the spoofing beforehand only serves their egoistical "brain".
T4S went to great lengths to advise the Board that M.Catto's departure announced up to 6 months ago only to be proved wrong as no such RNS was published in last 6 months. The only RNS came out on 3 April DAYS AFTER he left the company. He then comes with the
