RE: Employee Trust now holds 50M little BOOs5 Apr 2023 02:01
T4S,
I see you have not responded to 2 very relevant points pertaining to Boohoo ;
1. Why did they pay £10,150,000 for shares in the EBT ,which shares could have been bought for less than £5,970,000 a
few months ago. It can also be said the employees had no say or contribution in making this decision. Do you have a
genuine opinion on why the Directors have not made a matching/equivalent contribution.
2. Do you believe the £175million "Bonus/Encouragement" scheme would be in the better interests of Boohoo,
PRODUCTIVITY WISE, if allocated to the staff over say a 15 year period than being allocated solely to the Founders/BOD
/Exec. benefit. As you posted already the BOD's recommendation was the proposal be rejected so maybe they were
thinking along the same lines. Would certainly be a PR triumph and a counter punch to the "slave trading" publicity.
Look forward to your considered opinion ,seeing the above is bereft of "troolism" and is constructive comment.
