Taut. When I travel to my Canarian home from the UK the last choice is Ryanair. Unfortunately I am forced into booking with them because of their acceptable times. Arriving at airports early or late in the day is not for me anymore. Now given the choice of investing in Rya or Wizz in the next two years or so I’m afraid The former wins hands down.

Sorry Yeslam you could not be more wrong. I am not the least bit interested in investing in a company that by its own admission will not be operating a full fleet for at least 2 years. Now if you think I was lucky with Rya and IAG what about gold. I started buying krugerrands in 2006 when I obtained 5 for less than R16000. I have been buying on every visit to SA since. I am here now.

B777. I am sorry but your investing strategy is baffling and pretty unique. By your own admission you expect little positive sp movement if any for the next two to three years when Wizz will have a full complement of aircraft. Yet you continue to throw good money at bad. Please explain why you don’t look elsewhere to invest and when Wizz is up to speed, plough in then and sit tight for the sp to reach your £40.

B777. I dislike most things about Rya but all I know is that the share price has only gone in one direction for years now. Now that is a winner. I have more than doubled my investment.

B777. Again only in my opinion. Silver is fine if you buy many Kgs of it. Having a 1oz. Krugerrand makes much more sense. As for O’Leary he is a nasty piece of work to his opponents but a winner.

robbren. it seems that the penny has dropped. now this is my opinion and only my opinion. airlines tend to attract sentimental investors. by this i mean aviation people like myself who tend to hold regardless. it is dangerous to go all in on airline shares alone. as regards wizz what is the point of investing in a company where it is accepted share movement in the next couple of years in the right direction is considered unlikely. there are lots of companies out there where good money can be made in the meantime and when wizz is back to firing on all cylinders then invest. look at gold (i have a **** house full of krugerrands) last 3 months + 21%, last year +45%. again this is only my opinion.

now as regards boeing orders are flooding in mainly from countries who are using orders to appease trump and tariffs.
