Now down 682p - suspect it will settle higher. Still, thanking my lucky stars I didn't put anything into AAL - now down over 50% since the bid, at least I've still got 25% of what I had, not 12.5%.
dropping as I write. How wide can it go ? Waiting for the first 105% spread. ( We all thought negative interest rates were not going to happen ) tongue firmly in cheek. Time to batten the hatches.
RE: AAL - force majeur at its Platinum sub ...6 Mar 2020 17:09
sp £16.81 as I wrtie mcap 22.9bn down from 29.9bn at 20 Jan. AAL seem to be having a bit of a run of bad luck - still a 25% drop isn't quite the same as the one we saw is it ?
Very similar now Frank ave is 3.14 so anything over that is good for me. I've been chasing the average down from over 7p since 2017 so finally getting to a point where break even or a profit is in sight ! GLA LTH
Saw the price thought WTF happened thought about it fir a bit and then topped another 150,000 shares. Knocked another nice chunk of the average, thanks very much MM's. Got to be in it to win it.
Cheers Crusty you're probably right. Must remember nit to trust the reds or blues and ignore the posted bid s and ask as they are all demonstrably rubbish, just like the oft manipulated spread. Sincere comment by the way.
and to dispel the boredom whats the largest spread anyone recalls on LSE ? I've seen 21% or 22% a couple of times I think ant advances ? Very useful if you want to keep the sp down ?
