Received instructions and cast my votes in ISA and Stocks & Shares accounts against the offer - NO in both cases.
Also wrote to my MP today using the Share Society Template, somewhat amended, asking for her help in stopping this sale to AAL and support in looking for an alternative allowing shareholders to retain a stake in Sirius Minerals.
Please use your vote and if you haven't already join Share Soc if you want to maximise any chance there is of preventing the BoD from removing us awkward shareholders from the project.

could top yesterdays non existent 5.88% rise ( no change in Bid wiiiiide spread ) but jus to prove they have a sens of humour today we have an extra 2.94% even wiiiiiiider spread 18.75% v yesterday 12.505 ( if I remember correctly ) and still no change in the Bid. So no gain if you wanted to sell ( I don't ) it just irritates to see a claimed 15% rise which is in fact not there ?

No change in the Bid 0.80 and a spread of 12.50% does not = a 5.88% rise.
Selling at 0.80 as it was yesterday is NIL !

There is no way I'm voting yes to lose 75% and any involvement in the project when the money men and Fraser keep theirs.
The remaining 25% is a small price to risk to keeping the project going and keeping a share in it versus losing most of what I had and having no share in the massive enterprise AAL, JPM and others are trying to steal from under our noses.
VOTE NO IMO.

Thats me lot for now. Ave now 2.45p - if I can't turn a profit from there, given some analysts/holders expectations of 5p or more when the licence drops, I'll give up.

100,000 shares a time cost just under £2k. Averaged down to 2.58p from 2.93 which is good.
Meanwhile the sp has dropped 20% and my paper “loss” on this share during that week is around £2.5k !
Wonder why people think twice about investing ? This may have something to do with it.
Holding, watching and waiting, and waiting and waiting ( since Feb 2017 ).
It will come good in the end won't it ?

Last I heard they were looking for $5m to $6m concurrent with the IPO end Feb.

for less than 1.05, I did I bought 100,000 to topup, its taking the proverbial to drop the bid yesterday and again ( at 16:07 ) today.
The MM's certainly know how to market the share buying at 1.05 yesterday to see them sell at 0.90 today 15% lower really warms the ****les of your heart. Good job I'm in for the long game - a loss of 15% in one day would frighten many away. How about a gain of 15% in one day MM's ?

Saying there is no appetite for a fund raise is also ridiculous.
The las OO was oversubscribed. One where the companies survival as an independent entity depends on it and our options are total loss or the possibility of a reasonable return on outpr investment would undoubtedly focus the minds of the 85,000 facing huge losses to have one hell of a try to get the funds required.
SXX really do like like they do not want to try and they couldn't care less about the PI's .
